I don t understood why my promo did not arrive...this is the second time that they shipped it, they give me tracking number, but I think that the package never leave the origin country...they never arrive in my country, and they are shipped from EU and I live in EU

Yes we've tried to ship you twice now. Regardless of what it is, it has still not fulfilled its T/A this second time now. And as we told you, even with those who got their packages, it will not show being in another country until its delivered at your door. We've also delivered to your country countless times.
