Your symptom sound like increased BP. I think you need to make sure you check your BP and get bloods drawn to see where your hemoglobin it at along with everything else.
Do you use a pre-workout? I used to work in the supplement industry and preworkouts are really not good for you especially on cycle.
Your testosterone is jacked you don't need a pre. Besides young soldiers have died on those things while on PT. I totally agree with SenseiMiagi Your BP is probably high and your heart is working doubletime you don't need to strained it anymore with high dose of caffeine and whatever else is in it.
Breathe whilst lifting mate, in through nose out through mouth.
I'd see a DR ASAP, could be signs of a heart condition , I'd get blood's done & cholesterol cked. Does this happen regularly? Are you tired all the time, even in mrng? How often do your ears ring, that's a tale sign of high BP. Better to be on safe side.

Caffeine can raise BP for many people, so your preworkout likely contributes to your symptoms. At 38 yrs old and at a higher BF%, side effects will come quicker. Rising estro causes water retention which in turn causes weight gain and a rise in BP. Add caffeine to the mix and it can obviously be worse. Testosterone causes a rise in RBC, which elevates hematocrit, and this also creates rise in BP.
Find your specific cause in BP spike and respond accordingly. Drop the preworkout next session and see how you respond, and of course get bloodwork to check CBC #'s.
Good luck to you sir
thank you very informative
yes i think its a combo of a few things
i messed up last time i gave blood and did what they call a double red blood draw so now i cant go till march so im going to have to drink alot of water and try some other things to get blood thin
and bf according to my home scale which isnt supper accurate is 11.4% earlier i just threw a number up
Toss the scale. Does not work. Get calipers.
Bloods is the key to everything gear or no gear......
Tells you where you stand....
Should have got bloods pulled before cycle bro.....
Get bloods before, mid, and end of cycle to keep all in check and also for health reasons......
I also start out with only one compound at a time then if need I add another that way if I have bad side effects I know what compound is causing it.....
Remember everyone us different and react different to gear.......
right.
i did bloods in november but next time i will right before
the fact that its cyp instead of enanthate could be an issue? i know im going to get hit for this but....isnt the fact there both testosterone not a big difference
I doubt that it being cyp rather than eth would be a factor, there almost the same......
But again never know
Your running test Cyp and tren e????
Definitely get your blood pressure checked and also you need bloods for estrogen/prolactin/cholesterol.
The shortness of breath is probably the tren mate tren destroys your cardiovascular system (temporarily)....... but I'm not sure if permanent damage can be done mate
no im sorry the spelling was messed up im not running tren im running testosterone read a little down i fixed the spelling and punctuation and explained the reason for two esters
Sorry buddy,
Ever suffered from anxiety/panic attacks??
This is a sign I've learned to realise that I'm about to have a panic attack....but luckily I've learned to control my anxiety
oh wow! I never really thought of that.
No i have not but i did drink like a pre-workout to get me going and maybe the caffeine in it.
i feel great now i just couldnt catch my breath then hell it was an awsome workout but maybe your right
DeQuan JaBootyI think Kibby is on to something, I had anxiety/panic attacks for years and years in the past. When it was over I would get really, really tired as you mentioned happened to you in your truck.
Generally if it's something else, non anxiety related those symptoms will appear anywhere at anytime without caffeine or stimulants.
There is a legal drug called Phenibut you can order from many online nootropics sites. Be easy with that stuff and research if you decide to use it.
If the link works on eroids (not sure if I can link to external sites) I'd get the 300mg capsules. They are cheap and with moderate dosing will last a long time.
https://liftmode.com/calming/phenibut.html
One or two will do the trick but be easy with it and research it thoroughly. Some report tolerance building fast but I just use a few times a week and no issues at all. I bet with the phenibut you can still use your pre-workout and not have any more issues if indeed the problem is anxiety related.
Phenibut is nice to have on hand anyway as you can get good, deep sleep even if you don't have anxiety issues.
I'd bet my life on it mate....I'm limited to 2 cups of coffee a day as any more triggers my anxiety.
You should get bloods done tho mate to rule anything sinister out, when you get your results back if everything is cool then you can start experimenting with what triggers these feelings your having.
Start by cutting out ALL stimulants for a few days and then choose one day to take your pre workout or coffee ect.... and then you will figure this out buddy
How much caffeine in your preworkout? Are there any additional stimulants in it? Some of those things have 450 mgs caffeine with other stims as well. That would certainly create an uneasy feeling in me as well after a good workout. I would assume since you feel good now, it was a temporary BP spike induced by preworkout and hard session, but Im no doc and am only guessing.
I am currently running 300mg of test cyp and 150 mg test enanthate. I was working out and noticed I couldnt catch my breath well and could hear my heart pumping in my ears. what would cause this? Could it be too much blood? I feel fine now but when i got in my truck it was like I couldnt keep eyes open. Almost like I was falling asleep. I am not extremly worried cause i was hitting it hard and working out multiple body parts. But this is the first time i had this happen any help is appreciated.
Age 38
weight 225lb
hight 5ft 11in
dont know 20-30% BF
The reason for the different esters is because im on TRT of .75cc of Test enanthate 200ml/mg
not fisrt time either so no nube jokes please just helpfull stuff guys THANKS
You have to get that BF down before cycling. I would expect issues to pop up.
i dont know bf for sure im not overweight dont want to sound conceded i look pretty good right now i just thru that number out there sorry im not doubting advice im just saying thats not it
Get your blood pressure checked.
157/83
Not good. If you can't get that under control then time to abort cycle and see doc
I'd be seeing a doctor asap. And dropping back to trt dose. They see it that high and they will likely drop the trt til you can get it under control.
will do and let you know thanks
Yep. Sounds like BP issues. How much weight have you put on so far? Estro under control?
estro seems ok dont get me wrong have not done bloods in about well since november
but no night sweats, no sore joints, mood good,
should i use AI i was told only if needed.
I bet blood preassure is a little high though last time i did bloods my doc said it was thick and i went donate about a month ago
if you dont mind updating your stats and also fix your spelling errors... nothing personal it's just hard for some people to read. What is your reason of running two different esters of test and how frequent are you dosing? I don't believe this had anything to do with the compounds you are running just sounds like you had a good workout. How are you feeling now? Maybe someone else can pitch in because i am not entirely sure.
