I want to sayfirst that I have always used napsgear with no issues until this time.
I purchased a larger order due the 40% sale that was going on. I added a new address to have it shipped. I selected this address and placed my order. Due to unknown reasons it was sent to an old address where I no longer live and ultimately the package is being returned w no way for me to get it (believe me I tried for the past 3 days).
I sent in a trouble ticket regarding why it was shipped to the wrong address and they claim it was my error when in fact I specifically selected the new address and it didn't process correctly.
I know this a lose lose situation so I asked for the ability to repurchase the items at the same price during the sale and honor that price since the error occurred.
I provided them with the order/tracking/and package number so they could verify my story.
They basically told me there is nothing they can do a. I have always used naps like I said before, but this may have swayed me when it wasn't an error on my end

+ 1Napsgear is my new favorite place to order from. The manufacturer selection alone beats just about anybody. Plus they do lab tests on all the products and share these with the customers just shows that they are committed to providing the customers with the best.

+ 1I ordered with a friend on his account through Napsgear just to see what and how Napsgear handles their orders before making my own account and spending a lot of money. After reading all the great reviews and seeing that they never really had dissatisfied customers, I created an account for myself. I didn't order anything right away on my own account because I wanted to see how everything was going with the products I ordered through my friend's account first. I have to say that everything went great, I have no complaints and I am extremely satisfied and definitely placing another order in a couple hours with my own name, address, and all that. It would be nice if you could search for products alphabetically on the site but other than that, it's by far better than any of theses other sites.

Communication is on point! Not just with my order but even using the live chat to ask simple questions about products, to me that's pretty damn legit. To be honest, there really wasn't any need for communication. I'll tell you what though, good communication definitely puts your mind at ease when spending money. This is why I would recommend it.
It arrived on time, just like it said- about 2 weeks. On other sites I ordered from, you kinda had to forget about it and it would eventually show almost 2 months later. So two thumbs on T/A. Packaging was legit, nothing broken and everything was packed nice and secure.
Be safe, be smart, and test your blood. It's not a sprint to your goals, it's a marathon. If you learn to respect that, you'll be a pro in no time. + 1Well I decided to place my first order. To say I was hesitant and worried would be an understatement. I heard all the horror stories and didn't want to get ripped off. Well I went with napsgear and WOW Iam glad that I did. I hope every order that I place is as easy and fast as my first order. If anybody is looking to order I would not hesitate to order from napsgear.
I ordered Geneza 4x Dbol, Geneza 2x Var, 3x Tren, and 2x Proviron.
Napsgear has great customer service. Every time I had a question I got a reply quick. I got an email confirmation when I placed the order and emails to let me know the status of my order.

Everything went smoothly as any order so far. Email confirmation when order placed and additional emails to inform me about status changes (eg order paid, shipped, etc...).
The package was very discete and the products were very carefully wrapped with plastic bubbles.
As I stated earler, the reason that made me write this review, isn't their product quality which is trully fantastic, but their customer support.
During my last order (haven't receive it yet) and payment via MG there was a problem. I submit a ticket to Napshelp and their response time and assistance were outstanding, It was like chating online!!! They responded in about 15 minutes to my messages and help me resolve the issue, which wasn't their fault.
Despite their excellent support, for my inconvience, they offered me a 10% discount to my next order!!!!

Dragon Pharma Sustanon 350. I had no PIP with this Sustanon and its 100mg more than the normal Sustanon 250.
I get an email confirming my order within 1 minute of placing the order.
The packages are stealth wrapped and no one would know the contents.
I normally order Dragon Pharma Test cyp 250, but I gave this a try for something different. I love the pump from the test prop and I highly recommend Dragon Pharma Sustanon 350 to anyone for stacking or just plain TRT therapy.
