+ 2 Is it time to cruise / TRT?

Guys, been cycling for about 6 years now. Always very particular about my PCT and making sure my downtime is adequate for natural production to start back up. We'll, the last few cycles ran for 12 weeks with Test / Tren ace stack and my last was 16 weeks of test cyp / Tren E.

I haven't really felt right during the end of these so made sure I got my blood work done to check my testosterone levels: 12 week cycle I went from 125 total / 27 at the first month off to 300 / 45 at 4 months off which concluded, albeit a low number, natural production began. I just ran 2 separate tests this time it came back at 105 / 36 at 1 month and my 4 month off mark came in at 76 total / 17 free - to say I feel like shit is an understatement!

After the numbers came back I spoke with the Dr who is on the inside of my activities and he stated - with numbers that low there is no way the body can properly bounce back and instructed me to begin androgel.

My question is:
1) at 4 months off, is that number a death sentence?

2) If it is, is Androgel an adequate supplement that will bring me back to the proper range? The co pay is 60 which is extremely tempting to spend 40 and cruise on test.

3) I'll be 36 this year; is it normal to cruise at that age or have I fucked my body up?

4) if cruising is my only option - what is the best practice?

I really wanna hear how this turns out for you. Your scenario can help educate men and help them make appropriate decisions regarding their own AAS use, especially as we age. You rock. Keep us posted indeed!

Shiva hit the nail on the head, spot on.

I will say this, if you plan on doing a cycle of any kind there is a risk that you may have to go into TRT to all that read this thread!

Best of luck mate.

I would try going another 3-4 months if possible to see where your numbers are at then. I've gone almost 4 months with ~250 and then at about month 7 I was back to around 600 Patience is key. Try to keep stress down, sleep as much as you can during the night, exercise, and eat well. Do you have a reference test number before you started these 12 and 16 week cycles?

Thank you for the input! I think that sounds like the best idea from what I'm hearing.
Before these last two it usually ended up around 600 total / 75 free. I'd have to check, but I think that's about right

Yeah my numbers when I got tested was around the 70 mark aswel..... Was sent to an endo and as soon as they seen the number they said out right I needed to be on a proper testosterone script I.e Nebido. Good luck..... Hope you do better than I did, although were in different boats as I wasn't taking any kind of test or anything before my bloods were low

it's a bit hard to follow you here. could you post your most recent panel?

it's a little touchy to talk about blasting and cruising in open forum. you seem logical, open to advice and responsible. what I would say though is, hold out on trt or blasting and cruising as long as possible. once you go over that ledge and fully damage your hpta, there's no going back and it's a huge commitment.

Completely understood!
I told the Dr I was going to hold out a few more months, take some ZMA and really try and hit legs hard and daily. See if anything happens.

I'm interested in what older/more experienced guys have to say. I went on trt at 35 because after a year of trying to raise my testosterone I could not get it past 218.
