+ 1I ordered with a friend on his account through Napsgear just to see what and how Napsgear handles their orders before making my own account and spending a lot of money. After reading all the great reviews and seeing that they never really had dissatisfied customers, I created an account for myself. I didn't order anything right away on my own account because I wanted to see how everything was going with the products I ordered through my friend's account first. I have to say that everything went great, I have no complaints and I am extremely satisfied and definitely placing another order in a couple hours with my own name, address, and all that. It would be nice if you could search for products alphabetically on the site but other than that, it's by far better than any of theses other sites.

Communication is on point! Not just with my order but even using the live chat to ask simple questions about products, to me that's pretty damn legit. To be honest, there really wasn't any need for communication. I'll tell you what though, good communication definitely puts your mind at ease when spending money. This is why I would recommend it.
It arrived on time, just like it said- about 2 weeks. On other sites I ordered from, you kinda had to forget about it and it would eventually show almost 2 months later. So two thumbs on T/A. Packaging was legit, nothing broken and everything was packed nice and secure.
Be safe, be smart, and test your blood. It's not a sprint to your goals, it's a marathon. If you learn to respect that, you'll be a pro in no time. If you don't respect it, you'll be a patient seeing your doctor or even worse in a hospital in no time. + 1Well I decided to place my first order. To say I was hesitant and worried would be an understatement. I heard all the horror stories and didn't want to get ripped off. Well I went with napsgear and WOW Iam glad that I did. I hope every order that I place is as easy and fast as my first order. If anybody is looking to order I would not hesitate to order from napsgear.
I ordered Geneza 4x Dbol, Geneza 2x Var, 3x Tren, and 2x Proviron.
Napsgear has great customer service. Every time I had a question I got a reply quick. I got an email confirmation when I placed the order and emails to let me know the status of my order.

Everything went smoothly as any order so far. Email confirmation when order placed and additional emails to inform me about status changes (eg order paid, shipped, etc...).
The package was very discete and the products were very carefully wrapped with plastic bubbles.
As I stated earler, the reason that made me write this review, isn't their product quality which is trully fantastic, but their customer support.
During my last order (haven't receive it yet) and payment via MG there was a problem. I submit a ticket to Napshelp and their response time and assistance were outstanding, It was like chating online!!! They responded in about 15 minutes to my messages and help me resolve the issue, which wasn't their fault.
Despite their excellent support, for my inconvience, they offered me a 10% discount to my next order!!!!

1swoltI have been using naps for 3 years. I have been super impressed with their customer service skills. My last order was Dragon Pharma Sustanon 350.
Dragon Pharma Sustanon 350. I had no PIP with this Sustanon and its 100mg more than the normal Sustanon 250.
I get an email confirming my order within 1 minute of placing the order.
The packages are stealth wrapped and no one would know the contents.
I normally order Dragon Pharma Test cyp 250, but I gave this a try for something different. I love the pump from the test prop and I highly recommend Dragon Pharma Sustanon 350 to anyone for stacking or just plain TRT therapy.

+ 3So this is about my seventh order with Naps and another one on the way. I have to say "Thanks Naps" before the review instead of at the end of the review so it doesn't sound like a T.V. infomercial you watch at 3:00 in the morning when you are awake from the Tren keeping you up all night.
I do however have mixed reviews about Naps because I ordered my last order about 3 days ago,money was picked up the next day and 2 days later I still haven't received my order. Its been 3 days already and still haven't received it yet. OK,I'm just joking. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY ABOUT NAPSGEAR!! I received my last order about a month ago and another on the way. Usually I get my order within about 9-10 days from pickup of funds. which is better than expected and way under the agreed time and that is to the West Coast USA. That's damn good and I'm glad to see Naps at the top of the rankings. Exactly where they belong and its well overdue.
They kept me informed every step of the way as far as the status of my order but I don't always go by the tracking number. The tracking number might say my package is still at the promised land but I get in the "box" the next day.I couldn't ask for anything better as far as the quality of the gear and like most,I am very picky.The order I got about a monthor a month and a half ago consisted of:

As I said earlier,I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality.
Test Cyp and Test Prop is definitely helping with strength, size, volumization, bigger muscle size and lowered bodyfat.
Winstrol is definitely helping with cutting me to shreds, excellent pumps and I have veigns in my arms, legs, shoulders etc. that I never even knew I had. Better sense of well being and I'll never do a cycle without it anymore. I'll put it to you that way and the letro is cutting down water retention like nobody's business. I'm a huge fan of Letro. Geneza and Alpha Pharma is some of the best I ever had and I tried more than my fair share of different labs. I've gained at least 8 Lbs.in just the past few weeks but less body fat. Naps gear not only helps me at the gym but at work too. It pays for itself, not to mention the extra "bearded Clam" I get as well. Sexdrive is sky high too. I find myself playing pocket pool even in my sleep. I highly recommend Napsgear. I've never had a complaint of any kind. ever.

Had an issue last year with partial shipment, after contact their customer service they informed me that the shipping delay was due to a strike with that particular products shipping county of origin. As they said two weeks later everything was received and all was well. Great communication, never left me wondering.
Never had a seizure, product always received intact and as described aside from the one issue mentioned above that was resolved and out of their control.
Just overall cant say anything bad about this company, have since refereed several friends and wanted to pass my experience on to anyone unsure since a friend of mine that sourced locally from the gym got an abscess using a shady source. PS run clean pins and alcohol wipes at all times!

I wanted to drop a line about NapeGear customer service which deserves recognition. I placed a fairly big order ($900-ish) and one of the products I ordered took longer than others - Maxtreme Test Cyp - and when it did go out, it was seized and i got a notice saying so. I then let naps know and he sent it to again without hesitation and this time when it was delivered, my gfriend refused the box at the door so it was sent back a second time. I let naps know and asked if he would be so kind as to send it again so that i cold get my complete order....and without hesitation, he did so and i finally received the test.

geneza is a great lab. had great results with my cycle and napsgear has the best customer service in this industry. i keep hearing people say "this isnt amazon" referring to buying gear from online sources... but honestly this source is as close as it can get.
