Seeking an online training, supplement nutrition coach

ad

I am in my mid 40s. I have been running TRT for over a year. Currently taking a break. My libido is kind of shot right now. I want to start up a new cycle. As my BMI and body fat are not where i'd like them be people are telling me not to run a steroid cycle. Though i was pleased with the results I got before. I'd like to find someone who i can consult with regularly regarding training, nutrition and use of supplements. I read a lot online but i think i need a personal consultation (perhaps on a weekly basis). I want to get my estradiol and other numbers dialed in perfectly. I also want to make sure I'm doing the right things as far as cardio, training and diet. If anyone can help me or get me in the right direction i'd appreciate it. Thanks

Libido shot after a year of trt prescribed through an online clinic...I don't understand where the confusion lies. I would start with not looking for such extremes online. I think you are the perfect candidate to see an endocrinologist

What does your doctor think of you coming off TRT??

I didnt really consult with a regular doctor. Originally went on TRT with an online source.

Diet, no cycle. Everything is laid out for you in the Training/Nutrition section. Get yourself in shape FIRST and then run a cycle if you feel compelled to. Getting some bloodwork done is the first thing though. Need to see if you have wrecked your HPTA from self-prescibing TRT or if there is a chance for a reboot so you can get yourself on track first.

thank you. I am going to get bloodwork this week.

were you on doctor prescribed trt or were you self medicating?

what were your levels at before starting steroids a year ago?

why did you come off?

what is your blood work looking like right now?

what is your body fat?

Thanks for your reply. I was on doctor prescribed TRT and started in or around late 2014. I had a prescription. It was through an online clinic. I realized i could do it myself for cheaper and started self-medicating after. My levels prior to starting were I believe total testosterone level of 350-400 range. I have been on and off since then running on my own. I haven't had bloodworm in about 8 months as i've been overseas studying in Tokyo and people don't really do TRT there. I am currently in New York and I need to get bloodworm done. Im not sure of my body fat but last time i checked (about a year ago) it was i believe 18 percent level (something like that). Im six foot one and 199 lbs.

yeah, youre going to catch a lot of shit for having gone about it in the methods you chose. having the levels you did before doctor prescribed trt are questionable and its likely you didn't even really need to be on it.

what I suggest you do is allow everything to clear from your system for a while and go see a legit trt doctor. its up you how much information you disclose about your previous choices and depending who you ask if you should fully disclose everything about steroid usage you will be told to say everything or reveal nothing. in reality for your health I would suggest to be fully honest. if youre lucky you may not need to be on trt and can fully recover.

I hope you've learned from your bad choices here. You need blood work and a legit doctor, preferably one who is up to date on current protocols and treatments. you say youre looking for someone to "consult" with, that should be the doctor that I'm suggesting, not someone on a forum unless youre strictly seeking nutrition and training advice.

Sorry, i actually don't regret any of my choices. The TRT helped me. My libido was not right before i started. So if its not right after the TRT, I don't think i've lost much. I think my symptoms at the time I started justified TRT use. I felt good while on TRT and got in better shape. Also felt better mentally. I want to run another cycle. As it is extremely difficult to get help through legit doctors for this kind of thing, i am seeking advice of the community.

what it boils down to is what I've already said, you want to get your hormones balanced then see a doctor. Running a cycle with high body fat and imbalanced hormones is bad news. Running self medicated trt, especially so undereducated is bad news. end of story.

you say you looking for someone to "consult with." you wont find someone here willing to support your bad decisions in terms of steroid use. what training or nutrition advice, head over to those areas of the forum.

Another self prescribed TRT.

The worse part about it is once someone "thinks" their Libido is shot or they feel "sluggish" they immediately blame low T instead of weight gain/anxiety/performance stress, e.t.c. I do wish we had these people called General practice Doctors or PCP that could run multiple tests. Even on TRT I had no desire to have sex or felt sluggish at times and had performance issues, I cant blame low T can I? LOL

Yes
