Sitting around 80kg at the moment, no idea where bf is at , hoping to hit 83-85 next cycle while keeping bf somewhere close to where it is , what you think guys

Kind of like tying both hands behind your back trying to bulk and keep bodyfat so low. Take advantage of your increased nutrient partitioning when starting with a bodyfat that low and put on some real quality muscle with a properly stuctured bulk

Why would you wanna keep bf this low in bulk. Id say up to 15% is no issue? if you still can see some abs under the water and little fat youd be all good right.
