How do I bridge/transition from Test-Propinate to Test Cypionate? (dosing)

How should I dose each compound (test-c, test-p) as I transition from the first 2 weeks on Test-P to the rest of the cycle on Test-C?
Test-P @ 100mg/EOD
will transition to
Test-C @ 500mg/wk (2x 250)

r00t3dwhat I posted was an example not what I am actually running. This was only a question about asking how to overlap the dosing on Cyp and Prop (1st time using Prop, 3rd cycle)
How should I dose the cyp alongside of the prop for the 2 weeks it takes to build? I will post my actual cycle I am running now:
150mg Test Prop / Mon/Wed/Fri
200mg Tren E / Week
50mg Winstrol / Every day
I just am asking to clarify how to dose the cyp with the prop simultaneously so I can avoid a dip from the different esters but not over-lap it so the test is thru the roof. When I am running cyp only will run 500mg/wk.
How many cycles have you run? For the need of wanting to add tren into a cycle?

If your using your prop to kick start your cycle....which you clearly are
Start the Cyp at the same time as the prop...the reason being, the Cyp and just like Eth is a long ester and will take between 4 - 5 weeks to become fully active so therefore I would say stop your prop at week 5 ...this way you can be almost certain that the Cyp is active

Just pin the longs and workout .... And then in a few weeks out of nowhere boom , you start noticing things
Your test levels are going to hit the deck once the prop clears, (a couple if days after last pin), and they'll stay very low whilst the longer ester builds. They need to overlap. This will be a bit ugly for you, completely unecessarily so.

Run the prop with the cyp for first 4 weeks and then drop the prop--the cyp should be kicked in by then. I'm not an expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night
