Hey, I am 39 years old and on TRT since 2 years. This is my 4th cycle.
Never had problems with gyno. Goals: I want to put on 2-3 KG lean muscle mass.
Will inject 100 mg Test. Prop. and 100 mg NPP in 1 syringe EOD. ( 250mg Nebido EOW is my TRT dosage )

Your lean already so that's a good start, prob means your metabolism is quiet fast...
Change up your cycling and running to hill sprints and hiit and heavy compound movements in the gym and you'll have that look your after
When u say crossfitter physique I imagine u mean powerful/lean like a 100m sprinter etc
Your gonna need to eat a shit tonne of food tho... Why don't u throw up your daily food intake (make sure to weigh everything) I'm sure all below will help u out...

You just need to eat properly to put on 2 - 3kg of lean mass. No need for a cycle. Drop the cycle stay on your trt dose and get your diet sorted. That plus some proper training - maybe a focus on legs - should see you growing nicely.

SpherianYes, I do 2 times per week cycling for 1 hour, and 1 or 2 times running for 30-45 mins, but not easy peasy. I push it relativly hard. and I dont want to have big legs, just want to look lean and more like a crossfit man.
Then you don't need steroids.
Spherianplus for sure 4 times/week workout in gym ...
