Hello,
I am currently at the end of my first testo cycle. ( 400mg /week for 15 weeks). Results were great, I gained 7 kg and did no leg works because there were very strong before the cycle and I had a great disbalance between upper body and legs which is now in a good balance.
I am 180 cm my weight is 85 in the morning at 10% BF.
I am planning my 2nd cycle. What do you thing when can I start my next cycle? I will now do my PCT for 6 weeks and get blood works after that.
What is your opinion in using Exemestane during PCT? I read that some guys had very good results in keeping gains and they say its because of Exemestane, too.

SpherianI just updated my planned 2nd cycle and will not use EQ. Is this ok so far or anything else to optimize?
SpherianI do not realy understand if I should take Anastrozol during my PCT or not. Can someone give an advice? I thought Anastrozol and Exemestane are nearly the same...
Please help because I want to safe as much muscle as possible during and after PCT.
Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor, which means it won't give your estro rebound when you stop. Anastrozol will give you rebound and that is not what you want during your PCT.

Yes. That's exactly what you run for pct. I run enanthate to and I start 2 weeks after my last pin nolva 40/40/20/20

Aromasin should be ran on cycle , . you chose a good starter dose at 6.25ed. Adjust from there if need be, but IMO I don't think you need start it right away. I usually wait 4 weeks unless I have a reason out of the ordinary.
Also shitcan the prop. Just my opinion.. Enanthate isn't that bad of a wait to kick in. You don't need to be trying to keep up with what would be an advanced and pain in the ass pinning schedule.... It's just a lot of extra sticking yourself and really not necessary for only a 2nd cycle
Clomid and Nolva are standard. The reason why folks add an AI in, is that as your test starts coming back, it starts converting to estro. An AI helps with that and aromasin can help increase your natural production as well. I would keep the aromasin in.

Yes.
Aromasin should be taken ED, not EOD, because of it's short half life. You may be overdoing it with 12.5 mg durring your cycle as well. I would start with 6.25 mg a day during your cycle and continue that during your pct. The only way to be sure where your at is bloods. Don't skip on that.
AnonTime on + pct = minimum time off between cycles. Its a good general rule to follow.
Whats your goal for your next cycle? I would say to introduce one new compound at a time your first few runs. So maybe test e with test prop kicker and taper. Honestly the dose of eq you have listed is very low and I doubt you will get much out of it. 16 weeks is the shortest I would eq for, so maybe rethink this.
If you have a specific goal it would be easier to find something that will work for you. How is your diet?
Exemestane in pct is fine, works well for me and a lot of people.
I agree with most of what you said.
I don't think EQ is a good second cycle compound. Has to be run quite long to see results and you can have rbc issues. I think the OP should stick with a prop taper for his second cycle. I just brink the add one compoud per cycle can get out of hand quite quickly. Better to master things and move from there.

The first cycle a ran was 400mg testo/week with oral turinabol the first 4 weeks at 60mg a ED and a testo propionat taper like the one above.
Which dose of EQ do you recommend?
AnonI run it 6.25mg for the first couple weeks in pct. Some people run it all the way through but I dont feel its necessary.
A good dose of eq for a first run is 600mg/week, 16 weeks minimum, usually 18-20 weeks but i believe 16 weeks is fine for a first run. You could keep the test dose the same at 400mg/week and dose the eq at 600mg/week, run both for 16 weeks and do a 4 week test prop taper since the eq is a long ester and can take awhile to clear. If you dont do a prop taper you would need to run your test about 2 weeks longer than the eq for the reason I mentioned above.
AnonVhman did bring up a good point and I think I got a little ahead of myself with this advice. Would definitely advise you to not run the eq for a 2nd cycle and go with prop kick/taper instead. Or even add some proviron to a basic test cycle. If you had good results with your first cycle there is nothing wrong with running it again.
SpherianNow I am in my PCT from the first cycle. Would it be good if I run Arimidex in PCT? I used 0,5mg EOD during the cycle of 400mg/week.
The other components are Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20
AnonDont run adex in pct, aromasin is fine. 5 weeks of pct is fine for longer cycles, 6 might be a little much.
If your adding an extra 2 weeks of pct with the nolva because its a long cycle, I'm not sure if 6 weeks is really nesassary. That's a real long time. I've seen people add in a 5th week but dropping it to 10mg Ed for that 5th and final week. IDK about running it for a month and a half. I'd Definatly seek some more opinions on that bro.
Maybe jello will come back and offer something on that.
