for the wife - Anti aging compounds/regimen
Hi All,
I'm looking for advice for an anti aging cycle/regimen for my wife. She's mid 40s, runs 3-4x per week and hits the weights 4x per week. She's in great shape now, but wants to fight father time all she can. She builds muscle very easily and is concerned about looking stocky so AAS is probably not an option. She wants to stay lean or leaner than she is now and keep the wrinkles and sagging at bay. Diet is good with generally low carb, higher protein and veggies with occasional cheat day (gotta live sometime.)
She's tried GH @ 2iu - not bad, but expensive and customs is tight in this area of the country. She's currently taking Ipamorelin @ 100mcg and Mod 29 @100iu per day with decent results but I wanted to see what others think/have experience with.

What do you think of grhp2 + cjc no dac? Might be an option
Well, to keep sagging at bay, keeping your muscles full to fill out your skin is a must. I was a runner for many many years and it exacerbated my aging muscle loss. (I'm 53 now). I'm not familiar with many peptides, I am currently on a Primobolan cycle (my 2nd one) and am not getting stocky, but I am 5'10" and naturally very lean. Tell her as far as sagging skin on face and wrinkles there.. only chemicals and the knife will fix that eventually. Fat grafting is preferable to a face-lift these days and a much faster recovery with very natural results. Tell her to make sure to keep her hormones up because nothing will age you faster than a lack of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone (yes, females need that too albeit in extremely small amounts).
X2...good advice on hormones....Definitely monitor via bloodwork!!
