Optimal Halo dose for Strength Increase

ad

For those who have run Halo, what have you found is the best/Tolerable dose for a good strength increase? I've been running some pharma grade for 2 weeks but only at 10mg per day as I thought that would be more than enough with it not being from an UGL. I've seen a few PB's broken but nothing like the massive increases people claim.

Personally with halo, 30mg was all I was willing to go. Halo is one of those compounds you really don't want to over do in my opinion. If 30mg isn't doing a lot, I think you need a new source. Just my 2 cents.

Everone expresses themselves different on here, as far as me i train hard all the time. At 3 weeks out i take 20mg ed then at 10 days out i go 30mg ed and at 4 days out 50mg... day of i do 50 mg 2 hr before meet and off i go. At that point im ready to murder the weights and generally i always suprise myself. Just make sure to do a proper meet program and a meet peak deload is a must. Youd think it would make you weaker by not lifting heavy 2-3 weeks out but the healing your body gets from rest is crazy. Hope this helps and continue to learn before you try new compounds. Good luck.

As the guys below said.... Why? Why do you turn to another compound to beat personal bests? Breaking PRs is not something that happens every week... It takes weeks of a focused routine working at various % of your RMs to set the bar a peg higher. You're not going to be setting a new PR by taking another pill and thinking it makes you Superman.

I've seen a few PB's broken but nothing like the massive increases people claim.

That's because most of the numbskulls using it are not training anywhere near their absolute maximum. They're using it as a crutch to brag about some shiny numbers to their clique, thinking their setting records 30lbs at a time when really they've never even reached a proper PR.

I've often wondered if people claiming such big increases are just beginners to the game so therefore it will affect their lifts more.

You've missed my point entirely. It's not about them being beginners. It's about people training at less than their maximum capabilities, and using halo (really applies to any compound) as a crutch to push heavier weights than they think they can. it's more due to a placebo causing mind-body connection than the actual drug. I don't discredit halo's usefulness at meets and comps, but to hit a PR outside of them is pointless and a waste of liver.

I've also addressed some points below:

f it was so bad it wouldn't be prescribed by Hospitals and Doctors to teenage boys who have severe delayed puberty which is what it's for in the real world.

Do you have delayed puberty? Would a doc prescribed it to you? No. You're pulling such a strawman argument here it's making my headspin. Cigarettes were once prescribed by doctors to treat all kinds of shit. Get where this is heading?

Anadrol's very toxic to the liver also, and how many people that have commented here have run that more than once? I bet quite a few....

Yes it is, but relatively speaking halo is far more toxic than anadrol. And this is another strawman argument...

The eroids community is too big now with too many young brand new steroid users reading the forums. We are not going to advise you in public on how to use Halotestin, or Cheque Drops, or Methyl Tren, or Insulin, or DNP or any other toxic or potentially dangerous or risky chemical.

There are other internet fora you can join where the safety of the membership is less paramount to get all the info you want on how to use toxic anabolic compounds.

I'm gonna stop coming on here for advice

That'll learn us all!
Grow up chief. It's too bad you can't see what's in front of you. Folks are Happy to give advice to those who are at a level to use it properly. Your attitude is that of a petulant teen that seems to know everything. To bad, because it seems that you're destine to learn the hard way. Good luck with that.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out sunshine.

Gearhead and gymjunkie are both right. You picked one of the most harshest orals ever to make gym PRs? Smfh. It's also not a miracle drug, everyone reacts different to drugs, just like everyone reacts different to training etc etc

Catalyst's picture

It's very rarely prescribed these days to anyone. That's been the case for best part of a decade. From a pharmaceutical perspective it's a pretty poorly designed compound with a huge array of side effects, some of which are very serious.

A decent doctor would consider it as a "last spin of the week" potential solution medically.

  1. It is rarely prescribed if ever.

  2. Comparing prescription dosages to what power lifter and bodybuilder dosages is a moot fucking point.

  3. If you wanted PRs you very well would've got them training correctly to get them (not saying you don't train hard).

  4. Halo is the most harshest orals there is along with oral tren....

  5. You out this up and expect no debates or flack? Cmon man the fuck up or kick rocks bro.

  6. Anadrol is one of my favorite compounds by far and I couldn't compare it to halo as they are totally different drugs....

  7. Quit bitching because people don't just agree with your shit right off the rip bro. Don't like the feed back probably has nothing to do with your method of cycles or ideas right??

  8. People put too much faith in drugs and their effects.

Ok let me ask are you doing strength competitions ? Do you realize how toxic it is on your liver? From what I gathered your just using it to break personal records. Halo under no curcumstances should be ran longer than2-3 weeks MAX . IF your not competing then it's not worth it leave it alone

Bro,

Seriously man. I just checked all your forum posts. It's time that you give back instead of just take. Time for you to research a topic do a write up and educate us for a change. Really, it's time, prolly way past that time actually.

GH

EDIT: Oh yeah, and another thing. Stop playing around with Halotestin. You're gonna get hurt and your gonna regret it.
