Looking good
BendTheBarbellLook into TUDCA while on heavy orals. I would drop the milk thistle and take liv 52 throughout the whole thing.
Yea i tried to get some tudca, im taking both liv52 and milk thistle.

Read this please it's worth your time. Trust me.
bigmurphThanks brother good link
I run the same liv 52 and thistle I should be running udca or tudca with all the orals i run. I got bloods yesterday so I will get my liver count back by tomm.
Might have to invest in another order.
BendTheBarbellThank gearhead for writing it not me lol.but your welcome bro
Good stuff! I see the differences now, definitely going to get some tudca for any future cycles. Thanks BTB.
BendTheBarbell+1 for you!keep it up and always look out for your health brother.
Will do brother, thats why i love eroids so many supportive comments from experienced users. Thanks again!
Looking good...but why the need for T3?
The T3 is to ramp up my metabolism because i wasnt able to eat enough protein needed for my cycle. So the T3 has helped me burn through ny food easier so i can eat more protein.
I find a better and safer way to do that is....
Add cardio or increase your cardio if already doing so..
Am cardio when your body is like your name...catabolic as it kicks of the motab for the day ahead
Ahhh cardio! Nobody likes that haha! But yea im off the T3 now and still feel great, but i will furshur try that. I just dont have the time to cardio in the mornings.
Make time lol..
Stay safe fella
Gotta wake up earlier but will try that furhsur, thanks for the feedback bro!
bigmurphCata you're looking good but running a crazy cycle.
Thanks murph and yea it started as a mild cycle but then heard great things about primo so i decided to add it in asap and have been running it for a while now with great results. Just the $ is the only downside.
bigmurphIts true I was reading something the other day that was talking about for how much primo costs is it really worth it. I came to the conclusion that yes if you're goals fit what it does then it is because of its long term running ability and health effects.
Ive really noticed its helped me get that small waste/abdomen area while mildly bulking me up everywhere else. From what ive heard most the gains are kept as long as you keep up with the diet and good pct program.
bigmurphYeah as long as you feed that primo protien you can be calorie deficient and still grow. I believe its the only compound that will let that happen.
A couple of clairifications needed: you're doing "prop" for 16 weeks? How often do you pin?
You're doing T3 during a "bulk"?
Yea its because it started as a 8 week but then i thought to implement primo and already had the test P, and i pin eod and feel great i have done blood work and its all good!
Scar tissue will become an issue with that many pins. Make this a one time go.
Changing up cycles mid go is not wise as well. Next time plan ahead as opposed to additional this and that. You'll get better results and will be healthier.
T3 is not joke and can fuck your up for life. I'd dump that for good.
You're yiung and have a long way to go. It's a marathon and not a sprint. Best of luck.
That actualy sounds like words from the wise right there ill take that into account and i know it was poorly planned but i do feel great, but how is T3 so bad? And im using 23g pins so they heal pretty quick and i switch off between glutes.
You need to be using 25g. Scar tissue builds up over time. Give it a few more cycles of this and you'll have a hard time getting the needle through your skin. EOD pinning needs about 8 sites. You need to learn them if you continue cycles. Spotinjections.com is a good place to start.
T3 messes with your pituitary gland, which is a master gland. It does many things. You can shut it down for good and turn into a fat, no energy blob to start with. Check out Catalyst. He has a great write up on it.
My main point is you need to do some more research on lots of things if you choose to continue. Spend lots of time here reading and asking questions. Be willing to take criticism and advice and you'll be much better for it.
Im willing to take the criticism and advice which is why im here posting, thanks vhman i will take your advice and get some more injection sites started, i have noticed the needle taking longer to get in. Also i already dropped the T3 and wont be running it anymore.
+2 for a solid attitude and being willing to learn here. Feel free to send me a PM of you have any other questions.
23g eod, alternating glutes is probably not going to end well. Need several more inj sites. I have a friend that does the exact same inj protocol with a 23g and he says he's fine. He's also one of those kind of guys that you hit upside the head with a 2x4, and he just looks at you kinda stupid like. (ie. hardheaded)
bigmurphI agree with v about the t3 I would never recommend it
You could easily go to 25g pins also use your legs you will get about 8 more sites to pin
vhman gave you some good advice.
T3 can fuck up your thyroid gland.
Less pins less scare tissue.
If you running long cycle no need for short ester except to start off cycle if anything.
Yea im off it now, and still feeling great, im not going to run that again and also next time im going to plan out the cycle better instead of adding in stuff 2 weeks in like i did. I feel like im trying to get results to quick and vhman opened my eyes when he said its a marathon not a sprint/race.
Right on bro some of us are here to help others as well, us old dogs learn stuff to.
