We have currently following discounts in our store:
I.
Life-time discounts from 5 to 15% - we provide them for competing athletes, militaries, also sometimes in different contests. In this month, by the way, we will provide 3 x even 20% discounts for 3 persons who place biggest orders within the promo currently running.

Loyalty discounts from 5% to 15%. You get them automatically:
5% after 3 orders placed
10% after 6 orders placed
15% after 10 orders placed.
This is valid for now, but soon, in autumn we are going to raise the limits:
5% after 5 orders placed
10% after 10 orders
15% after 15 orders
New limits will touch only new customers. If you already have this type of the discount, say 5% at least, it will not touch you. And you still will be able to get the 15% discount after 10 orders placed even if you do this after new limits come into force.

3 times something isn't right can only be 2 things and you say you receive other international packs to same addy that only leaves 1 other.

DarylThadWould you say that the packaging you had was less than discreet? Would you honestly say that their packaging is any more subpar than anything else you've seen other than the fact that its getting seized? You could just be very unlucky.
You know it is possible that you've just had bad luck with this particular site.. may of us don't have any problem. I think your just unlucky man. Without going into specifics tell us if you feel that the packaging itself is subpar or if its just the statistics your mad at.

I honestly believe that is the case here.. Super unlucky with this supplier but I also believe there is something off with their stealth ship that is alerting US customs

What state did you request delivery to? Is it US customs or China Customs that seize it?
Neither. Hit the north pole customs. But it was to cold to process, cold drained there batteries so they sent it to the south pole but the pirates intercepted it. No disrespect enhancedlife.

I did, and always have
3 packs sent and all seized, that just doesn't add up to me man. Does 1 domestic reship cost more than 2 international reships that were also seized. This could have been a good source.

I have tried emailing BasicStero sales via email, Skype and Wickr to resolve an issue with an order placed during promo and have yet to receive a response. The order will automatically become deleted after tomorrow if i don't send payment via bitcoin. During checkout my order showed two different payments due, one with 10% bitcoin discount and one without. When I check the my orders section on the site, it shows the higher amount. I am cared of sending the amount with the 10% discounted rate via bitcoins and lose all my money or worse, have the system delete my order for it being less that the total (without the discount). Anyone else having issues with orders or contacting sales?
DarylThadI was able to contact them via their live chat which they have online only some of the time. Rest assured the guy did help me and assured me that I would get emailed with tracking info which I asked for (it takes like 6 days to clear Chinese customs so I believe this is correct and it says here they don't typically provide tracking info until AFTER the package clears chinese customs).
Have they answered Wickr? No. Have they answered on here? No. Have they answered email? No. I truly think they are busy.. specifically a guy who is on here named "Frank" seems AWOL. However it seems that they are shipping. That remains to be seen until I get a tracking code.
I believe they are still shipping and are likely very busy but remember this site is the labs site. They provide product for the US/Europe domestic warehouses (that means sending a hell of a lot of product) plus all of the resalers. These guys are the busiest out of everyone in the organization but the advantage with these guys is they sell for way cheaper being they ARE THE SOURCE and you know your getting it direct from the factory + They have huge promos all the time because they can afford to do so.
Lets be patient.. I truly believe its an issue that they are busy and maybe this Frank guy seems to be AWOL but other than that the operation is still shipping and making product at the lab.
They have answered wickr for me Frank told me my promo items are on the way. They answered my email as well. They told me TA is 12 days

You can always delete the order and start over. The site didn't add my promo items on first order so I deleted it started over and it worked. But I'll be damned if they did not ship them. You can go to the link in the pink box
