This is a review for a company that is extremely professional in every sense of the word! Starting from the initial contact to the ease of use the website offers (point and click)!with an extremely wide selection of whatever products you're looking for to obtain/ exceed the goals you have pre set for yourself. I have ordered several times from NAPS snd the most recent I put in 2 orders just days apart because I couldnt resist the prices and promos on top of already knowing the solid gains from products Ive used from NAPSGEAR in the past such as test E,prop and cyp to name a few, all from GP! The customer service reps are ridiculously fast to respond as well as being very informative and maintining professional conduct and respect for people even like myself at times lol when i would ask 5 questions about delivery, if they can look into an order and anything else under the sun..AS SOON as order is confirmed and once everything is picked up, they let you know each step of the way on whats going on. PM's from NAPS were answered usually within 24 hrs which is great considering how many he receives. Communication is key and gives you reassurance that you are not just a random person that can be ignored for a week and questions you need answers to need a support staff to answer them..and....NAPSGEAR is without a doubt the best at communicating and responding to submitted tickets in a timely manner making you feel as if you are assigned your own support staff that will answer everything!! I know someone will respond to a an inquiry very quickly bc they have many times for me.
Considering the distance apart from products to myself the T/A was exceptional (about 15 days from pick up to doorstep).this is including 2 orders during a very busy promo and sent in several packages which were very discreet, small and no way would you be able to tell whats in the packaging.. i thought they did a great job!!

Communication is always good from naps. Never had any issues. Have ordered several times from naps and have always been great. Customer service is always readily available and professional.

Had one issue with shipping, so I shot them an email and their help and response was phenomenal. Received 3 emails within 24 hours first letting me know they acknowledged the error, then letting me know item was being reshipped, and finally sent the tracking number. Very much appreciated the time of response.

I ordered and received my first package from Naps. This was my first time ordering from an online source and everything went very smoothly. I have experience using Testosterone for TRT use over the last 3 years. Unfortunately my doctor strictly monitored my blood and would not give me a dose above 200MG a week, keeping my blood between 600-800 ng/dl. I personally wanted to feel what its like to have blood in the 1500-2000 range. That led me to eroids and I found naps. I plan on posting bloods once I see them in the range I want to be in. If this can make me feel the way I once felt than I am a Naps customer for life!
I ordered 3 bottles of GP Test Enthanate, 3 bottles of GP Equipoise and 3 bottles of GP sust 270. I was mainly wanting to stick with test based products because I have used much else in my life. However I lost a bunch of strength and size the last few months and had read good reviews of EQ so I wanted to give it a try.
The email support was top notch responded to my emails within minutes.
The package arrived in my mailbox a little over 2 weeks from date of order. It was in sent securely and none of my vials arrived broken.

The communication is as good as you will see. As it was my first time ordering, I had some questions and their live chat was extremely helpful.
My package was shipped in 2 different orders, one contained Dbol, Arimidex, Nolva, and syringes. They were packaged very tight and taped. Very hard to tell what it was and difficult to open. It kept my roommate from being nosey I received this order in around 2 weeks, but customs seized my package with Test Enth. I changed addy's and never received a letter, so I assume customs snatched this one too. It sucks but you can't fault them for it, they would've reshipped but i can't be bothered with opening another addy.
As long as customs doesn't ruin your day, this is a great source and I highly recommend.

-2I placed my first order on April 9th with napsgear, order showed pending status awaiting payment, sent thru WU to correct individual, they picked the money up. I go back into my account and noticed my order was not there anymore, i talked to one of my buddies that orders thru here and said that is weird. I have the confirmation email with order and everything. I have emailed them 4 times with no response to this. I called WU to verify that someone picked it up which they did. I would not use this site, def a scam, the owner never responds, now im out 200.00.

-2Just ordered from Naps after trying Ashop. I will be sticking to Naps from now on. Aside from the cheaper prices, the overall shipping and presentation of the product was much more professional. Ashop sent me an envelope with pills naked inside of masking tape, touching the adhesive (not something I want to consume). Naps, however, put their pharma packaged product in a nice cardboard packaging.
It took about 3 days to process my order (used MG), another 4 to ship and only 8 to receive. Right about 2 weeks coming all the way from the other side of the globe is great.
I've only had my stuff for a few days now so I cant speak on the quality of most of my order just yet, but their caber that I ordered from Sun Pharma is terrific. Within a few days all my high prolactin sides are residing and libido is returning to normal.
I couldn't be more happy with the service.

I did not have any questions for them during this process but they were persistent on sending me e-mails every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated.

Over 30 days went by with nothing recieved.
I finally recieved an email stating my order was seized. They offered free resip.I thought better late than never. I recieved my shipment today.
Instead of 5 bottles of Dragon Pharma EQ 300, I recieved Dragon Pharma Deca 300. Don't get me wrong. Deca is a great product, but I need the EQ to conclude the cycle I have already started. So that upset me. Then, after taking a closer look at the bottles.. I realized that underneath the Deca labels, were Enantat 250. All 5 bottles are actually bottles of Test E 250, with Deca 300 labels carefully put over the original labels. Has anyone else experienced this type of sneaky behavior with napsgear? I am very hesitant to make any other purchases until this has been resolved. Someone please give me some insight..? Thanks in advance.

This is the first negative experience I have had with napsgear. They have always been very punctual, accurate, reasonable, and helpful in the past. I would hope they continue with the same reputation that I have viewed them to have, along with several others that I know that deal with them.
I ordered some products a few weeks ago paid for it with their payment options. Looked at the status of the order and it said it been cancelled and I have to pay for it again? I called the payment company and they said the money has been picked up a few days ago.... Bunch of scammers napsgear!! I been a good customer for many years and they do this? Email and messaged napsgear and got no reply back. Will never be buying from them again, do not trust them bunch of scammers this company.
