One week out, holding a little water because I'm still using test prop, I got the flu last week and was afraid of loosing size. Today I'll drop test and start the drying process. Ready to eat a horse after the show!

You may not remember, but you've given me advice a few times. I want to say thank you again. I believe advice means a whole lot more when it comes from people who are obviously living that same advice themselves. Not to mention when you guys take the time away from what you're doing to try to help people, especially when so many won't listen anyway. It would be so much easier to just say screw everybody and just do what you know to do, but you don't. Believe it or not, there are many of us who really appreciate it and put a lot of thought and practice into the advice received. Thx hump!
