Specially for those who did not believe that it is imposible to produce oils with concentrations of active agent 500 mg/ml or even 600 mg/ml.
Here are newest test results. They were done not by us. One of our customers sent vials to Simec. We did not know he was going to do this. We covered his expenses.
So, here we are:
I remind just in case that according to USP standarts deviations within +/- 10% are considered as acceptable. In fact up to 20% is ok. So, all tests passed.
I wish Rich Piana would see these results (he mentioned in one of his videos that concentrations over 300-350 mg/ml are not possible, if i remember right).

I ordered from the international site for the first time feb 28. Finally today I got an email with a tracking number. I sent a couple emails since ordering that a we're not responded to directly. However were responded by updates of status along with finally getting a tracking number today. Thats fine enough customer service for me

I will take responsibilities.
1. show me please at least one evidence, where i ask people to leave fake reviews. you get 10000$ worth of products from me if you will be able to show an evidence of me asking about FAKE reviews. However you will not in any case.
2. In contrast to you I can provide evidences.Of course i can not publish here private info and tracking number, however i blacked all geografical info.
You placed your order on 22nd of February. Your payment was picked up on 28th Of February. I confirmed your order already on 26th of February to win time so that it would be already packaged to the moment when your payment is picked up. Payment picked up on 28th. Yes it is longer as usual, but this is a shortcoming of WU and MG payments. One person can not receive say 20 payments per day. WU or MG will block such persons immediately. And they can block also you as a sender in case of any suspicions. We take this into account and did everything for safe procedure. It required more time. But its safer. If you used bitcoins your order would be confirmed immediately and you would get an extra 10% discount. We already found a solution for these delayes and now we use lot of different names, which automatically change on site after a certain amount of orders placed.
Our warehouse packaged your order on 27th and on 28th of February it was shipped. It took 6 days to complete custom clearance and on 4th of March your tracking number appeared in the system, which is seen on the screenshot. We in advance informed averyone that in February are big local holidays and postal service is overloaded. Delays with international orders happen every year in February and nobody can do anything against this.
3. Your destination address is in Europe. It is commonly known that Europe has tough customs and seizure risk is high. We shipped your order with European tracking number, as if its shipped from within Europe, which is longer but safer. If we had shipped it through the regular postal service as we ship most of orders worldwide your order could probably have been seized now and you would not get it to this moment. As per tracking number today on 20th of March your order arrived to to your country.
4. Everyone realize that shipper cant really be responsible for delivery time, because this is entirely up to postal service. We do not have any impact on it, especially during holidays. We do our best to keep it short.
5. We provided you tracking number, so our responsibilities were fullfilled. You got this info and were and are able to track it. However your words like "My order must be seized ... I should have goten it last week .." say that you even did not check your tracking number.
6. I replied to your messages, You was not satisfied that it takes a long time to pick up your payment. I replied you the following
Shortly after this we picked up your payment.In a while you got your tracking number, After this you never contacted us regarding any issues with your order.
7. You could first contact us and ask what is happening with your order and tracking and i would reply that your order is already in your country. You posted this review without doing so and without contacting us. By this you violated our ordering conditions:

1. you was able to get best quality products at only 50% of our even without discounts low prices. Pharmacom resellers have much higher prices as we offer.

2. it took longer as usual, but we informed everyone in advance that in February is chinese new year.
3. Although it was delayed we did everything to keep it safe.
4. Even your order was seized we would reship it free of charge for you.
