If anything all of this helps reassure that this is a great source. Life happens and gbi goes out of their way to take care of customers. I'm one of the group waiting on jollies and I think with the extras being tossed in its very much worth the wait. I am super excited to get then in and give email shot! I've already placed a second order of oils because of how great the customer service is, quick replies and does what's right. It doesn't help that the gear is pretty damn good too lol
I hope I wasn't one to come off as an asshole GBI, if so those were not my intentions. I only came to see if anyone had heard from you because you are usually very prompt with responses.
