Pre packed frozen meals for weight loss
ad
Hey guys,
I'm after some advice on the best pre-packed frozen meal options.
Before Everyone tells me fresh is best and do your own meal prep, my current situation doesn't allow that.
I'm an interstate truck driver and recently sold up the house and everything and literally living on the road in my truck!
So I have a food warmer (basically a microwave just slower) and a smallish fridge/freezer at my disposable!
After 9 months of roadhouse food everyday I've packed on about 15kg of fat (105kg 6ft currently)
Is their a good internet option or are there viable supermarket options?
Sorry for the long post!
Cheers

Cheers for the replies guys!
I actually haven't got an inverter yet but I will be getting one soon.
My fridge/freezer is just a large 12 volt Wacol.
But I've also just realised I could just buy a portable gas camping hot plate, and then could use a frying pan (fried chicken breast?) and pot to boil veggies, rice.
I figured the Facebook/internet fitness meals wouldn't be as good as it Sounded.
I'll just research and find some simple meals I can prep on the road and see how that goes!
Cheers guys
It would prob be better than Micky dees the only problem would be the salt and preservatives in it trying to eat healthy on the road is very difficult no where to really meal prep
bigmurphI've been in your position you have a inverter I imagine if you have the fridge and freezer. You just have to buy a rice cooker that is a slow cooker and steamer in one then also get an electric griddle. Now you can cook food on the road with these appliances that use low power consumption. With these two appliances you can cook your meals on your down time then just heat them up with your microwave.
You can still eat well. I had the same problem almost I was on the road all the time and fast food fattened me up real quick. I got these appliances and now cook my meals in bulk. Then heat them up on the road and eat them. Hit me up in pm if you have any questions.
Definitely stay away from the frozen dinners none of that processed stuff will be good for you.
Sent you a request to pm mate
