First Cutting Cycle - Need Advice

Hey guys first post ever but read a million threads over the years.
I've recently put on a lot of muscle. I'm 5'6, 145, 18-20% bf and female. What's the best way to cut? Losing weight always make me lose muscle I've put on which is a bummer. Looking to start cutting in two- four months but looking for info now (prepping for a show probably posting in wrong spot now that I think about it). Looking for a stage weight of 120-130. Show in August or October depending on how I look.

I'm a big advocate of a Ketogenic diet style. You should look into, I've been running it without gear for 7 weeks up to this week and down almost 10 lbs of body fat as of last Friday. Ketogenic is good at preserving muscle mass while letting you shed some fat and water weight quick!
You have to be disciplined though, and since you are competing, I would assume that's no problem for you.
