Believe it or not, I almost never directly train biceps; probably ten times in the last year.
I'm a strength guy so the physique I have is the result of many many years of heavy ass squats and deadlifts and pressing/benching and some strongman stuff.
I just decided to switch things for awhile and do some bodybuilding routines for 6 months or so to see what happens.
I believe it my friend! Heavy squats and deads add size to the entire body! Since switching over to a hypertrophy bb regime what you already have got is going to get NASTY! Look forward to it...knuckles!
