Package arrived within 2 weeks of receiving funds to the west coast of US. Packaging was discreet with no broken ampules.
I like this source because of the variety they offer, however, I don't think they do a very good job of quality control. I will use different sources for my future needs.

-1After reading some reviews seems like product ordered around the end of January are experiencing delay of more than 30 days with partial delivery. Hopefully NAPS can look into the delay. Tracking website says " in transit" but it left HK 2-1-16 and cant track thru USPS. I sure NAPS will straighten it out, they are an awesome company.

Ordered in late January my order was shipped in a timely fashion, on the 29th and I received one package in 7 days the other took almost three weeks a little longer than usual but still within the estimated time frame. The third package is still in transit according to naps help reply, although the email was very impersonal and obviously a general email with my info plugged in... Never had a problem with naps after several orders but am a bit disappointed in the vague response and poor delivery time, I know it was Chinese New Year... I know now naps never posted a warning until after I paid for my order and it shipped right at the beginning of it. Perhaps they could divert the packages out of other countries during the holiday time?.. The products I received already seen g2g mostly they are ai and pct so with my injectables sitting in post somewhere I can't use them. The Modafinil and doxycycline are good.

Not impressed and not what it's rumored to be, if my package is in fact still in transit perhaps a more personal response to reassure me over the hundreds of dollars floating around somewhere would have helped... The email stated to please wait 30 days after non arrival before you submit a ticket it's been 32 days...
First two packs were great scared I'd break them trying to open they're taped so well! T/A was good from payment to ship was 5 days
If naps will stand behind this I plan to continue ordering from them just a little unsure of who I'm handing my money to, before I assumed that if I needed help it would be there
Another great experience with naps. Have made a dozen orders in the last 3 years and every time I've been pleased. Can't see ever going anywhere else for gear.

-1Received nothing. Got run around on how to track. Tracking instructions on "INTRANET" (Not INTERNET) is refused by local USPS office and other surrounding offices. I pmed with info as requested in below comment to review, no response. On comments below pretty much got told I was trying to fraudulently claim when all I want is REAL help finding my order. THEIR instructions DO NOT WORK, so they NEED to do something on their end to find it. I DO NOT WANT A RESHIP I want my order found. If it was seized fine reship, but I want it FOUND first. Also the link provided by naps for intranet tracking leads to nothing. I ordered on Jan 30th it shipped feb 3rd and left HONG KONG for USA on the 6th..

Placed an order on 1/30 paid for it on 2/1 then received an email stating it was semi shipped on 2/5 then another portion of my order was shipped on 2/8 the 3rd portion of my order i have still not received a tracking number for but it says it was shipped, the portion that was shipped on 2/8 I received a tracking number for but still no information on it when I go to track it even on the tracking websites they provide, the portion that was sent on 2/1 I received a few days ago but it was just 1 item out of the 22 items I ordered, I tried contacting the online support several times but no answer even when it says they have reps online, I have ordered from them many times and never any issues, I always get my order within 2 weeks in the u.s. even on orders larger than this one, this is the longest it has taken also this time the communication sucks I feel like they gave me a bogus tracking number cause nothing is coming up and they still haven't given me the tracking number for the last package they said they shipped 3 weeks ago, sucks to say but naps you lost a long time loyal customer with this mishap.

Communication is never really needed with Naps. Email updates for everything throughout the process but even when I have a question they are quick to answer and always helpful.

i actually did contact NapsGear online chat time several time, asking few question i had about delivery, and it was fast, respectful, and helpful. i received my package missing an item, but i contacted NapsGear team and all they asked for is some information and a photo to what i received and the missing item is on its way with no additional shipping cost!! that's why i trust NapsGear.
1NAPSGEAR responded to my review by stating they don't always have a chance to know if a package has been returned before it reaches the origin country customs. My order required extra ship expense which was paid. A tracking number was provided. Either customer support checked the tracking number when I sent my ticket asking about my order and then lied by telling me it was delayed by the Chinese New Year while know it had been returned to the sender 7 days before or they did not care enough to even both checking the tracking to see what the problem was with my order. Which was it?

i have received many packages from napsgear... all 100% discrete and tightly packs with cardboard and bubble wrap. it takes about 3 weeks from them to pick up your money until you get your products.
ive used naps many times and will continue to use them... because they have quality products and are very trust worthy.
First order form naps and Wont be my last! it was placed on the 13 of Jan money picked up on 15th Jan and shipped the day after, and recieved it 8 days after shipping that is remarkable time especially since they have a T/A of a month! I didn't have a problem with 1NAPSGEAR.org until I didn't get my order. The domain name is now changed to NAPSGEAR.org. I had ordered several times with no problems. Then I didn't get my order and I contacted customer support. I immediately started getting stonewalled. I was told the delay was because of the Chinese New Year which closed everything including Chinese customs until after February 15, 2016. Then I found out the package had been returned to the sender 2 days after posting it, before it ever reached any customs, 5 days before the New Year and 7 days before I first contacted NAPS. Then the response from NAPS to my second ticket was pure nonsense. Something about they weren't responsible for the Chinese New Year or for paying EMS. Then NAPS wanted me to provide written proof of my residency. Even though I told them every thing on my delivery ticket was correct. I was beginning to think they were drug agents. Then I was told the United States now as customs offices in China and may have somehow rejected the package. I live in a reship country. But, the is no reshipment forth coming and have been told as much. NAPS no longer responses to my tickets. Here is what I think. Every so often, NAPS gives every the same tracking number. A customer has no way of knowing who a package is addressed to, all they have is a tracking number. NAPS fixes the package so it is returned or seized. Everyone thinks their packages is the one returned or seized. The customer contacts customer support and the delaying begins. They get one excuse after another. After 3 or 4 months most customers get fed up and go else where. NAPS pockets everyone's money without having to fill any orders.

In my case communication and support was designed to delay and no fill my order.
I made an order on Jan 30th and it shipped feb 3rd. I am moving so I thought I was ordering it with enough time for it's maximum time to arrive as per the shipping in the order form said, 2-3 weeks. Now there is an added note 1-4 weeks. I have contacted them several times and get the same message or my ticket gets merged with a different ticket or deleted. They say I can go to my local usps office and "INTRANET" track and have asked specifically for this and at other neighboring towns offices and they refuse to track it.
