I never believe 3-5 t/a I always assume 2 weeks minimum. But it's never good when a new source is already getting behind. I believe this guy was here before as someone else. Some might know more than me.

I waited 7 days then hit him on the app. Asked him if there were any problems on my end. Turns out it was a simple oversight. The next day I got an email that changed to processing then a day later a shipped email. Just hang cool he seems like he's a good guy probably just really busy.
