The only two places i like to go these days...boiled eggs and lean beef and fresh tilapia are the best proteins for me. Oats and rice and bananas and peanut butter. My staples. And some thorin.
Oats, rice, beans, sweet potatoes for carbs. Beef, chicken, eggs, liquid egg whites, turkey, fish for protein. Peanut butter, flaxseed, olive oil for fats. Just kinda mix and match to keep it from getting stale.....and the occasional times when I get tired of chewing the food, it goes into the blender.

Best diet there is, especially on tren or equipoise eat buffets every day and stay lean. Superdrol is good to pig out on as well. High carbs really does make superdrol shine as some people say on here

Just did a shot of tren ace/mast/tp. I pulled the syringe and blood came out so I know I knicked a vein pretty good but got no cough. I don't understand how that's possible. I'm having my bloods pulled and will review once I get results back.
Also blood coming out doesn't mean you knicked a vein. You punctured your muscle which is made up of muscle fascicles around each fsscicle are arteries nerves, veins, and fascia. So in a sense u did puncture veins and arteries just not like u think

I've done that a plenty of times bro and never cough, don't get yourself worried lol. Don't look for a cough to tell you your tren is real, many people have never gotten tren cough and never will. How did you load the pin, what went in first?
Honestly in my experience the worst cough I've had in my life was from Deca shit brought me to my knees almost puked. I've had it happen from tren and test as well. But never that bad
I usually put in .75 of tren first since it's easier to get to one with .25 of the test then .5 of mast. I'm sure that mixed it up some. I've tried varying which one went first. It doesn't matter.
