Sorry for another back shot .. it is about the only shot I can post without having to white out most of it due to ink .... I ve been off since early November having had to end a very promising 20 week primo cycle due to health issues. I m still not cycling but have been back in the gym for about two weeks now. I am counting on muscle memory and good ole fashioned food to gain back most of the muscle mass that I have lost. I am tenatively planning a cycle for the end of March ;-) I am going to pick back up on the primo cycle with a tiny bit of sustanon.
So for those of you who have been asking here is that photo ;-)

One thing I'll say that is most impressive and probably one of ..if not THE hardest thing to achieve for a female..is to build a lot of muscle..and keep the attractive femininity that appeals to the opposite sex. Thanks Maeve, its been a rough go but I m back and working the diet while I am natty ... I consider it almost a challenge to get back to where I was on cycle while I am still natty ;-)

I feel you about being off due to health reasons. I was off for a few months spring of 2015 for health reasons. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing. Good luck.

thank you rocket .. i m sitting around 18% at the moment .... I m most comfortable around 15% and since I can't make the next lower weight class I don't bother trying to get there and I haven't stepped on a body building stage in about 15 years ... i m not very nice when I am trimming down for the stage and it is better for ALL of us if I don't ;-)
