+ 11 Showing Gothic how it is done !!

week six and my arms are growing like gang busters .... watch out guys here I come. A solid 16.5 in with no muscle pump .. I figure if I keep going like this I ll be curling the whole stack by the end of the cycle ;-) I m pushing Goth although I don't think I ll ever make to rival those 20in guns I m sure as hell trying ....
