i never had any problems with napsgear so ive never had to ask for support. that should speak for itself.
ive recieved many packages from napsgear and they were all shipped tightly wrapped and protected by cardboard and bubble wrap. usually takes about 3 weeks from placing order to recieving order. very discrete aswell
napsgear is my number 1 go to. always have been always will. very loyal customer here

Why is the site down?
This is my sixth order from naps. I made a really small order this last time just because I couldn't pass on the 30% off holiday special without getting something. They always have good deals going like product of the week.

I had a few complications with the payment on this order, but they were always responsive when I needed them. They also corrected the issue easily and got my order sent out.
Packaging is always very discreet and protective. I'm was in the middle of moving and had this sent to my work. It came in a small thin package and looked like some sort of booklet.

-1I've ordered from numerous sites now, looking for the best site as far as price, without sacrificing quality. So far 1NAPSGEAR has been the best site I've found. Good quality gear, for a good price. Shipping is usually about 2-3 weeks, which is pretty standard with my experience, but I don't worry about getting caught like I did with other sites. Definitely #1 recommended site in my book!

Ordered 5 GP Sustanon 270 for me and a buddy. Probably about the the 8th time I've order from naps and still haven't had any major issues that haven't been taken care of really fast. Had a problem with payment but was taken care of quickly details below.

Some where down the line they had issue with my payment it showed it was delivered on my end but for some reason they wasn't receiving it, just showed copy of receipt to costumer service through email everything was pretty quick and they got it all taken care off. Just added about an extra week to the shipping time. They emailed me back pretty fast too.

This time however my order has been partially received. I received my Dbol, Arimidex and 4 weeks ago! But I am still awaiting the most expensive part of my order which is the 10 Anavars and most important the Nolva!
I know sometimes it can take 30 days for an order to be received and now that it has come to the 30 day mark I am starting to worry.

After months being off I held onto about 28 of those pounds, which for me personally is some of my best retained gains to date!

GENEZA brand stuff has always served me well. Ran their Tren Ace and Tren Enan this cycle, both did exactly what they were supposed to do. A+ gear.
Not only is their selection unparalleled, but their prices are unbeatable.....that goes from their HG stuff, which other guys usually sell for ridiculous prices , to their product of the week special, to their bulk discount deals. I always stock up on 50 or 100 amps of HG test for cheap.

Communication and customer support are def on point. Always got emails back within 24 hours usually less. And they are making sure I get the pack that got seized.
T/a is a little longer than expected but I'm also used to domestic sources. Packaging is good everything is tightly packed and safe from breakage.
Always used domestic sources with the risk of getting screwed over as it seems like most of them disappear after a little while. But naps has always been top or near the top of the list so I figured I'd give them a try. I definitely don't regret it and will continue ordering from naps.
