So guys, there seems to be a few different opinions on how to go about running an AI. When researching I have found people saying everything you have as well as not to unless you get symptoms. Is there no standard method? Is there another AI I could use that is more tried and true as far as administration?
I'd always recommend of being on the safe side. Better safe then sorry. Spent a couple of extra bucks and run the compounds recommended, like nolva, clomid, aromasin, etc.
So you're sayin go with aromasin over Arimidex for my first cycle?

I like to use ari during cycle and transition to aromasin for pct. But this is me, because I know I usually get an estro rebound. Further I feel that I recover way better with Aro as part of PCT-
I would start adex on week 2 or even 3 if there is no bloat or any raised estro signs. You don't want to kill your estro, dry up your joints before your strength starts to rapidly go up, bc it will fuck your koints up and make training really difficult. Otherwise it looks good. Make sure you get all your nutrients and sleep and you will grow. Good luck

Don't start your AI until week 4 or you WILL crash your estro. I would start at .25mg EOD or even E3d and get your bloods checked around wk 6 (after you have been on your AI for a couple of weeks). You will then be able to adjust your AI accordingly.

Can't seem to find anything but 1 mg tablets. Are they enterically coated? (like a shell around them) or can you cut them into 1/4 s?

Test only cycle at that dose is spot on for a first cycle. Agree waiting to get your BF down - 10% is quite low though so it really depends on your goals. Couple of pointers. Run bloods before you cycle to establish your baseline. Run bloods beginning of week 5 to check estro levels. I wouldn't run the adex until I have done this and they show estro to be high - you want estro to be mid to upper of the normal range. Running your adex like that has the serious risk of crashing your estro and you don't want that on your first cycle especially as I'm assuming it will be a bulk. If of course prior to week 5 you start to experience high estro sides then by all means run the adex.
PCT looks good to go and I recommend only running pharmagrade Clomid and Nolva.
Lastly if you could elaborate on your training experience and goals - diet and training program to get there - that is useful info for us to know in order to see if there is advise we can give there.

So by my calculations using the Harris Benedict formula your maintenance calories is around 3200 per day. So I would reduce those calories by 500 to 2700 and structure the diet like this:
Protein 250g
Carbs 200g
Fat 100g
You don't need to have protein that high when your cutting and/or not on a cycle and you need some carbs to fuel your workouts. Make sure you limit the use of protein powder to one to two scoops per day and get most of your food from good whole food sources. When eating carbs stay away from refined carbs.
LISS Cardio 3 times a week in the morning in a fasted state. So fast walking for 45 minutes on a 10% incline on a treadmill or in the road for example. As to training good that you are focusing on lifting and volume. Check out a member Rustyhooker's profile as he has an excellent workout routine posted there which you may want to take a look at.
As to your question on BF this is all personal preference. My view is 10% on a deca scan is very lean. My concern for you is if you cut back that far you may loose too much muscle. My personal view is I would aim for somewhere between 12% and 14% on the dexa scan and then focus your cycle and training on a bulk from that low level of BF. You will be very insulin sensitive by then so should respond very well to the increase in food and the Test.

Updated the stats and changed my pic. (new profile pic is 91 kg at 20% (calipers) I'm around 16-18 now. Going to get a dexa scan and bloods before I run my first cycle/
