Excellent. When I had a question I contacted Naps and yes got a response and yes the question was answered. Support was and is second to none.
Delivery time was a bit faster than expected. I thought that the holidays would of slowed things down a bit, but was not the case. I have ordered domestically and it has taken more time than Naps. Pleasantly Pleased!

I been ordering from naps for the past year, 5 orders to date. They got great prices and really like their "product of the week" sale. Their tracking system is okay the tracking number doesn't always work but after couple orders I realized its the postal service's fault why it doesn't always work. Their packaging is safe and discreet.
Love their gp gear.

I have been placing orders with Naps Gear for over 5 years now. I am always pleased with the service and the products. The prices can't be beat. It generally takes about 3 weeks to receive order in the mail to US. The packages are always sent very discreetly.
My last order was a cutting stack of GP anavar, GP clen, and pct. I love my results. I ran it for 8 weeks at 40mg/day. I dropped fat and gained muscle on this stack. I tapered at both the beginning and the end.
I also ordered some viagra and those work great. I can't believe how cheap they are. I usually split them in half as a little bit goes a long way.
I will definitely order from Naps Gear in the future as I haven't found anywhere better than them.

I have been a customer of Napsgear for about 7 years now and they never disappoint! Even while they were going through internal restructuring they have always maintained great communication and rapid response times. Packages are sent quickly and discreetly and if any issues were to be encountered they would address them immediately. My favorite product line by far is their GP line. Most if not all of the products in that line have been laboratory tested with results readily available. My last cycle consisted of Cyp, EQ, Tren A, and Anavar, all from GP and got fantastic results from it! I will be ordering again soon and will give my update after package arrival! this was my first order with naps and they are on point. after i made up my mind on order i decided to ru the sale for androxine by alpha. the fact is the deal was so goood i couldnt pass it up. i got 100 amps of alpha tren base for $300 delivered. its on its way. the whole order process took a week. that me ordering online, them processing payment and getting the order shipped out. so now its been a week since order was shippped and its showing on their countries track and trace system. has hit mine yet. but they said 3 weeks

i placed my first order with 1napsgear.org. i absolutley love their ticket system where you can get online support to answer your questions within minutes. i had a lengthy conversation with their support analyst and they gave my tons of answers to the questions i had about geneza, alpha, bm pharma, singhani, and others. that was so nice to not have to email and wait and email and wait for answers. very very nice and highly recommend using their customer support because its just that easy to use
been a week in the system. was told up to 3 weeks so im not even close to complaining. got to be patient. once its shipped its in the hands of the mail system. they done this and like i said it toook a week to get my order, process payment, and get it in mail system. one week to do all this is excelllent.

-1I have been using Naps for a couple years and the products and service are amazing. I blows me away that a company overseas selling gear provides better service than any retail company I have ordered from online. They have an overwhelming amount of products to choose from and the prices are incredible. Whenever I have any questions, I can almost always catch a representative from naps on live chat and they will answer all my questions with patience. The products are tracked spot on. The only problems I have ever had are not with Naps but the postal system. Again, Naps was able to explain why there was a delay with mail in India during strike with postal system in which I would have never had any idea if I did not ask Naps. I know a lot of people complain about the length of time to receive products. The correct answer for any delays is the postal system NOT NAPS! I highly recommend Naps and I feel spoiled for having Naps as my source

Communication is always good but rarely needed. I have had a pack get seized and naps had a replacement shipped within a couple of days. They stay on top of there stuff. Other then that and the occasional promo communication is practically never needed. The website is top notch and very easy to use.
I have had probably 8 or so packs from naps. All came in great condition. Very discreet and well packed. Never have had a vial or amp break. Shipping times vary but is to be expected with international. Usually will have the packed shipped day after payment is picked up. Payment may take a couple of days but as Naps has explained to me this is typically from the high volume they do.
Only a couple of international sources I even consider doing business with and this is one of them. Would be the only one if the HGH prices weren't so high.
Im surprised how professional those guys working. The ordering system and web site is well made, informative and many valuable articles and tips. There is a wide offer of products UG reputable brands and also a human grade pharma products what is really rare today time...
I was really skeptical and worry about placing order and sending money but how positive was to get the tracking 3 days after payment, than I could easy see when my order will arrive. It's almost been 30 days and still no package. Spoke with customer support in regards to this matter and there saying there's nothing they can update me on so now it seems I'll have to show proof it didn't get here and start the process all over again. I like naps products but seems everytime I order there's an issue. My main issue is the quality of customer support they haven't made this feel any less crappy or to how they can help they basically told me well we all take risks and there's no gaurentee and only a reshipment will occur if the owner would like even if in fact it didn't make it to you.
