I am trying to find some information about Sustanon250 and if any female has used it. I can't seem to find anything online and besides some guys I don't know any female who has cycle this compound before...

How was your cycle? Did you gain any significant strength improvement (not about losing weight or looking good but performance) ? How did you dived the dose? When did you pin? How long was your cycle?

Also same with EQ ...

I have tried other compounds with great results like Var and Primo but I am just curious to know if anyone else (ladies) has tried Sustanon 250 and how was it and EQ

So for what would be a good suggestion besides lower the lifting ? I tried Var and Primo and they made me look really lean but once the cycle was done the strength went down ...

what does your routine look like right now?

what does your diet look like and do you change it when you are off cycle

strength cycles so you will have peaks and declines .. that is quite normal and yes you will probably lose some strength off cycle however as you build strength and continue to train you will pyramid so that even your strength losses will be less when you are off cycle.
for example when i fist benched 225for one rep I could only do it while on cycle ... as i progressed through the year I added reps and sets at 225 while on cycle increasing my max at the same time now while i am off cycle 225 is a working set for me

I am not gonna sit here and lie to you my diet could improve I could eat more, I pack my lunch every day usually vegetables, chicken or fish, I take some snacks but it doesn't last me my entire work time 12/14 hours) I always do 15/30 minutes of cardio before I work out unless I had a terrible day at work to were I am exhausted... I train usually chest/shoulders/ triceps... back/legs/biceps and so... I do abs everyday as well ...

so you are hitting each muscle group 3x a week?

the cardio doesnt matter as you are not talking about putting on size .. but if you dont eat enough you are starving your body and that affects strength and if you train too much your muscles don't have a chance to recover and you will only make minimal strength gains at best ... and this is why what you gain on cycle you don't keep ...

you run very expensive cycles and you dont maximize the benefits ... I d bet a paycheck that if you rested more, changed your training routine and ate more your strength would skyrocket even using the same compounds

...so go back to the compounds my body already knows take down some of the days I train... Train harder the days I do train... Sleep more... Eat more (healthy that is ;-) ) and allow my body to recover ... That should allow me to keep the strength and improve some... Did I got that right...

yes see how that works for you before you jump into stuff like test/sust/prop.... next compound i'd try if i were you is eq but only after you see what you can do with what you already know

if you really want to train every day then go to a push pull and train one muscle group per day .... so something like chest/back/tris/bis/ shoulders/ and then throw in legs..in between if your upper body needs a rest I dont have to train legs consistently as mine grow really fast

absolutely no problem .. the key here is to listen to what your body is telling you ... go hard and lift heavy if you are feeling strong .. go light and high reps if you just don't have ...

I have used sustanon in most of my stacks the last two years and I like stacking it with eq .. I keep the doses pretty low pinning them e3d at half a ml and add either test prop to it or phenyl prop 1/4ml pinning it at the same time ...
I run the eq around 700-750 per week pinning that with the sust the short acting test all in the same pins

Big Thing is right though I started with test prop and then tried test e and then sustanon to find that the sust prop added blend works a lot better for me and with less sides

However, there are other things you can use with less sides that will advance strength and i see that you are lifting six days a week which generally speaking is not going to assist you in building strength .... you are most likely training too much

it does work ;-) but it takes discipline and I agree not being in the gym every day is really hard ;-)

I have no experience with females and aas but both of these sound heavy for 25y.o female with petite frame. If you want to experiment with testosterone why don't you start with andriol or a low dose of single ester of test rather than a mixture. Might make things easier to control. Just a suggestion.

Been training about 3 years solid, prior cycles Var up to 20mg, Primo up to 150mg week and both combine. I gained a lot of strength and muscle definition... Now I am trying to do a little research for this year to see if I can try some Sustanon and some EQ separately that is. My main focus will be strength once I decide when and what type of cycle I will be doing.

What were your prior cycles? There are a few here including my wife. What are your goals? How long have you been training? What are your stats?
