Looking for a good peptide stack for fat loss and some muscle gain

I am just coming off a cycle where i used Nortropin/antropin (chinese) once in the morning and once at night. Im also using testosterone. Im out of nortropin and thinking to switch to some type of peptide combo. Ive been reading alot about HGH Frag and hearing mixed reviews. Ive dropped quite a bit of fat/weight. Maybe went from 214 to 201. I've been keeping low carbs, exersizing and using the HGH. Id like to take a few months off real HGH and use the peptides. I want to keep burning fat and get my weight down another 10 lbs. I also dont want to lose muscle. There are so many opinions on these boards that its a bit overwhelming. I'd like anyones thoughts about a good stack that i can do that will continue the fat loss and also not stop the promotionof muscle growth. Your opinions are greatly appreciated. FYI im 43 and 6 foot 1. Thanks in advance.

CJC 1295 + DAC

After a single injection of CJC-1295, there were dose-dependent increases in mean plasma GH concentrations by 2- to 10-fold for 6 days or more and in mean plasma IGF-I concentrations by 1.5- to 3-fold for 9-11 days. The estimated half-life of CJC-1295 was 5.8-8.1 days.

After multiple CJC-1295 doses, mean IGF-I levels remained above baseline for up to 28 days. No serious adverse reactions were reported.

Problem we have is that peptides are still relatively new to most people. We hear so many conflicting stories on forums from different users. Its just like AAS, its not one size fits all. Everone reacts differently as there are many contributing factors. Age, Diet, Body Type, Type of Training, Body Fat levels and of course the big one "Genetics" Stress can also play a big part in growth and the way in which your body digests food.

It seems that people expect the supps to do all the work.

As with diet. Its important for the trainee to keep a detailed diary of food consumption, then it can be analysed and midifed to fit that person. We require the correct amount of calories in the correct macro ratios. Everyone is an expert even those that look shit. We have all seen it where the person says yes my diet is mint. So we ask. What have you eaten today for breakfast and they say well today I was busy so didnt have much only cereal or even nothing. Its now 3pm in the afteroon so basically they have fasted since thieer meal the evening before lol.

Cycle Progress........ IGF1-LR3 and CJC + DAC. RESULT !!!

100mcg IGF1-LR3 split bi-laterally into the muscle worked before training / training days only.
1000mcg CJC 1295 + DAC Monday/ Thursday sub-q

Starting weight 63kg BF=6.8% Using Jackson/Pollock 4 site caliper

1st week weight 64kg BF = 6.5% Using Jackson/Pollock 4 site caliper

2nd week weight 64.5kg BF = 6.% Using Jackson/Pollock 4 site caliper

3rd week weight 64.5kg BF = 5.44% Using Jackson/Pollock 4 site caliper

4th week weight 64.7kg BF= 5.16% Using Jackson/Pollock 4 site caliper

Only .2 of a kilo in weight gain but BF dropped slightly too.Doesnt look much but Im a real hard gainer true ectomorph. It is still an improvement. Got only 3 days in gym last week due to commitments. Diet still doesnt contain enough calories.

LBM last week 60.99kg this week 61.36kg. So have increase muscle slightly and dropped body fat from 3.51kg to 3.34kg.

Thanks for the information. I just bought CJC1295 and GHRP-2. Do you know if i have to inject bi-laterally for that or is subcutaneous ok? I was thinking to do 3 each on workout days and 2 on non workout days. 100mcg each seems like the way to go.

Honestly, I doubt you will be able to get anything close to HGH with peptides. They might help you a little bit, but if you know what quality hgh can do, most likely you will be dissapointed. Keep in mind that these do nit have as extensive research on them like HGH does. If you're looking to save money it might not be a whole lot and I believe that as far as quality and consistency, it is also a gamble but keep researching and if you'll find a stack that will give you similar effects to hgh, please share your findings. Hope I didn't discourage you. Good luck.

Just need to take the GH Frag 30 mins before food after fasting overnight while asleep. I have worked alongside some competing bodybuilders, amateur and Pro. 500mcg first thing out of bed. IGF pre training with ipamorelin before bed.

I'm guessing you're between 17-20% body fat based on height and weight alone. You didn't put anything.

Peptides you'd need to run at least twice a day to see any results, but 3 times a day is better. Morning, mid day, and before bed.

Mod GRF and either ghrp-2 or ipamorelin are your friends, I believe. I'd research those.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I just bought Mod GRF and GHRP-2. I was thinking to dose 2x a day on non workout days and 3x day when working out. Is 100mcg each the desired amount? Do you know if you can pin them together with the slin pin? Thanks again!!

actually its around 21 percent body fat. I measured at Golds gym with the hand held device. I think it is off because my measurements were actually worse than when i originally took them at 215 lbs.

Current BF is around 21 i believe. As mentioned above the machine to calculate at the gym is terrible and im not counting on it as being accurate.
