SARMs private label lawsuits
ad
Default - Use Group's defaults.
Blacklabel labs is in a lawsuit from another supplement company for selling SARMs as a dietary supplement. This is all how prohormones ended up getting band.
I'm also hearing they are going to start cracking down on research chem companies for selling prescription drugs without a licsenes.
Greed at the top of the food chain always ruining it for us. What's your thoughts on this guys.

RustyhookerGreed and rats. Similar to any back ally dealer. Legalize it and open competition. Then everyone wins! Better products, tested, and the competitve market.
You know good and well that bastards will end up banning them. The only good thing is, as long as there's a market, there will be someone to supply it. Thank goodness for eroids.
Typical bullshit, soon you'll just be buying SARMs at your sources the same way you buy everything else.
I am curious though if they can actually force research Chems to stop selling research drugs for "non human use." Whats next, suing Optimum Nutrition for non FDA approved pre-workout supplements?
I think we should start a campaign for consumers that if nutrition distribution LLC doesn't stop their greed driven bullshit lawsuits that we will boycott them and start letting all nutrition forums know because of them that you have to buy bunk bull shit supplements and can't get shit that actually works because of nutritional distribution LLC.
yup they recently filed charges against USPLabs for selling Jack3d with DMAA....several other companies were named also...
When you're a shit company producing shit products that nobody uses, the solution to all your problems is to prevent competitors from going to market with better products... as opposed to bettering your own products.
^^^ this. And this is the essence of corporatism/mercantilism. Use the government to squash your competition.
That company (Athletic Xtreme/Nutrition Distribution LLC) is targeting all other SARM companies as well.
They are butt hurt because the FDA went after them in 2011 for selling unapproved substances. So now they are going after everyone else because they got caught.
“Companies, like Nutrition Distribution, cannot compete in the marketplace when so many competitors sell products with ingredients that the FDA categorizes as unapproved or prescription drugs such as SARMs," said Michael Keplinger, vice president of Nutrition Distribution, in an emailed statement. “Our main goal is to get products that contain these types of ingredients off of the market."

Whinny little assholes, messing it up for everyone. They will end up getting everything banned.
My exact sentiments Flash. Welcome to the group brother, sounds like you've had quiet a bit of experience with SARMs. Feel free to drop some knowledge in us brother.
