A little at a time. So far still happy with my slow progress. I have no delusion of ever hitting the stage and I am starting to miss lifting for pure strength but the size is coming on pretty fast. 18.6 arms might need a bra soon and carrying a 12 pack though. SLow and steady wins the race especially when you get older.
Current cycle is TRT as I was going to do a sus run and cut it short (2 weeks)
Will keep up for a few days and then down them and post more in another 3 months.

My arms are starting to dwarf the rest of my body, I even slowed down on training them to try and let everything else catch up. Slowing down made them grow more I wish my fkn traps would do that, weakest part of my body.
I've noticed that too bro. When I take a break from trading which I now do about every 3-5 months depending on how hard I'm training. I tend to break the plateau. I'll take a week off usually and then back at it hard. Has made a huge difference since I started doing that about a year ago.

I took a step back and asked myself wtf was I doing wrong, I had the thickness but could not get size. I read back through old posts and took a look at some of the things some of you big guys were doing and just got off my ass and started mimicking it. I was always told if you want to be like someone you have to think eat shit and breathe like them. I fkn hate your tuna shakes so much I use Coke instead of pepsi so I cheated a little. You and a few others have been my rock so as long as you guys are killin it I want to be right there killin it too.

I have been using fresh raw tuna so it makes it taste better and it blends smoother. It certainly does taste better but I never thought of using cat ass lol

Very nice mack always hating yours arms huge really freaking dense strong so u stop heavy lifting all together and just went bodybuilding high reps or u mix it up just curious either way keep at it
Im doing a simple 12 10 8 6 4 5 different sets and progressively going heavier and once I hit 4 I increase by 10 pounds extra so it hurts like hell to lift. I will be doing this for 2 more weeks then going full blast heavy again with 5X5 at 90% 1RM for 4 weeks. I find when I do the reps above I lose a little strength but the endurance gets better.
It may sound cheezy but your body looks like it's responding well.
I was stuck in a no gains zone for a long ass time and I blamed gear/diet/work e.t.c instead of blaming myself.
So I switched it up and started to use a totally different routine and then I finally realized what they meant by shocking the nervous system. If your workout routine leaves you stale, try a totally new one and stay with it for a few weeks and if nothing happens, switch it up again.
I know what u mean how long does your routines actually take in gym. I ask bcuz last month was doing back and 35 in still felt like I was just a zombie felt horrible had enough sleep ate just felt same old had to change it guess to trick my body long story short lol u are definitely right:)
I rest about 30 seconds between sets so in all about an hour and if I still have some energy left I do another set of high reps 2 times which adds about 15 minutes as Those I rest longer because of the pump and pain lol.

A tight waist has never been my forte lol. I am slowly trying to get that under wraps but I have a sit down job now so bulking has been the easiest but where some of it ends up is not where I wanted lol.
