+ 3 ATTENTION all you young inspiring bodybuilders!

ad

To All "inspiring bodybuilders" pay attention. Dedication to what you do. Your eating, training, constantly reflecting on what you're doing will take you farther than anything else. Dedication, at the end of the day will get you where you wanna go. Don't listen to the fools who tell you "the only way to get any where in this sport is drugs". People like that don't have dedication and eventually fade away! They know nothing about work ethic and nutrition. All they know is take this and take that. It's not about taking a pill it shooting oil in your ass. That's NOT bodybuilding guys. Bodybuilding is about bettering yourself, asking yourself- what can I do to make myself better. Drugs are apart of the game we play, yes that's a given but that's not what makes someone successful in this sport. It doesn't separate a champ form the average gym rat. It's who you are as a person, it's what you put in, it's your MINDSET. People who know what hard work, discipline, work ethic will get a lot further than someone who believes the only way to the top is with drugs.

I've made the best gains off of the smallest amounts I've ever taken. I eat what I need to repair and grow and continue to push through previous plateaus each workout. As I get heavier I take in more calories to support the newly acquired mass. And with that my lifting sessions consist of more weight and more sets as I continue to grow in weight and strength.

Its an awesome feeling not being trapped in the vicious cycle of mass amounts of gear like I once was. I wasted alot of time and health in my early days gaining and losing, gaining and losing, looking and feeling like shit because I ate like shit, partied really well, and slept like shit.

There truly is no end in this. I cant tell you why I was in such a hurry to get to the "end" before. Even though I feel humble with the way I approach this lifestyle now, I'll still never be satisfied. That would mean I must be done. Again, I'll never be done! Until I kick the bucket. Lifting is for life! I dont want to piss it away! I want to enjoy these gradual steps and I will!

everyday is an opportunity to better yourself and has to be treated that way. are you getting better today? or are you slacking, skipping meals, cheating on your diet, missing sleep, etc... or are you pushing yourself daily, grinding, prioritizing food and sleep, etc. consistency and time is key. bodybuilding takes time. running a ton of gear wont give you 10yrs worth of gains in 1 yr. good post.

So true and well said. I learned this after cycles and I am just now perfecting my diet, adjusting carbs and such. I used to think EAT EVERYTHING AND SHOOT AND WORKOUT.this is what I was taught by someone just interested in money. Thankfully I came here and I will not be starting any cycle soon until I have accomplished everything I want without gear and plateau. Thanks again for all the information EROIDS.

It's all about being willing to go the extra mile and then when you think you are good enough.......have a rethink because good enough will never come and this is what should push you to the next level.

Never push yourself to a complete breaking point as that just plan stupid but push yourself to a point where each training session hurts like never before, to be something in this game it should be given a view of it being a marathon rather than a sprint.
Anabolics are only the icing on the cake, it's down to you to make the cake first
