Can someone experienced give me the low down on how to use HCG in long cycles? I plan on using it this time on my upcoming cycle. I'm reading that most around mid cycle til the end of use about 250-500iu a week with one or two injections a week. Also going into PCT should I use it? A lot of my research also says not to use it in PCT at all and stop before I take any serm. Any info is appreciated.

I'm thinking the last 4-6 weeks of my cycle I will use 500-1000iu E4D and when the cycle ends I begin my normal routine of PCT which includes nolvadex and clomid.
