Sitting at 230lbs this morning. Still have some lower back and glute fat to get rid of but I'm still plugging away. Thoughts, questions, or suggestions?

Glute kickback superset with prone leg curls high reps. Maybe back extension with resistance bands superset with RDL's or Good mornings high reps. Maybe when you dry out before the show you may have more definition around there. I don't know what you bros think?
