Neglected legs for years (I mean year plus without training), last 6month been trying to bring them up in size, well under developed but happy with progress on them...
Prob sat at 20% body fat here plus!?
Diet is dialled in and time to get into the single digits again now
hard to keep the carb timing/sugars right being a insulin dependant diabetic but I'm trying my best

Goal lean gains only in this camp!

Never doubt your legs brother.... there is fk all wrong with them, a little BF drop would have them looking massive and sliced to pieces but!..... its winter so why the fuck bother about cutting yet.... let it rip over winter to add even more thickness then dice em up for lady killing time when the sun decides to shine on us again lol.

To be honest mate I was pretty fat about a month or so ago, looked foul, big but when take top off didn't even looked like I trained, just didn't like it, so I'm not full on cutting but just eating clean with treats whenever I wanted them, like today Indian food and Ben and jerries ;)
Just have a few high carb days a week and helps me stay full, but to be honest I'm still only just scratching the surface with the dieting techniques etc. But it's fun learning
