When I first joined on Eroids I would secretly follow/ stalk Vike for lack of a better term. In every field of work there is a level of experience and knowledge that encompasses years of dedication and hard work. Viking is this guy not just with gear, but with nutrition and lifting intensity. I've heard a term when I was growing up that being a copycat is bad, well when you copy the right cat you set yourself up for success. This guy is the right cat to copy. Congrats on your achievements brother. Keep kickin ass!

Sure am glad uncle vike is back and wearing the guru tag again. When I 1st joined (2 years next month) he was the 1st guru tag I seen here so it kinda seared in my memory. Always enjoyed your efforts and one liners boss! And good to see Hollywood popping up more often as well lots of people thought he was rough at times buy sometimes that is needed.

When I first signed on to this site, Vike was my first friend. It didn't take long before I knew he was the real deal. I'll admit, at first..the multiple requests for naked pictures of myself in return for information was a bit disheartening not to mention very degrading. (Ever take a pic with a parrot on your wiener?) Yeah I went through some sick shit, but in the end it was all worth it. With Vikes help I became the toughest kid in the 9th grade, seduced three of my teachers (one was a lesbian PE teacher using Vikes patented De-Dyking technique) and learned the value of a strong piano wire for a stealthy hooker strangulation.

Thanks bolt means a lot brother.... i just keep it real bro, thats all no secrets or shit, i just let 35yrs of gym and steroid experiences flow through my fingers here and the guys aspire to it because we all share the same passion here, i love for people to succeed bro.. thats my drive here, Body-building is all know man, its been my whole life for as long as i can remember lol, from waking to going back to bed its full time.. the wife is into it 100% she is also a Champion (there are pics in here from different shows etc) my son is now doing great, one of my daughters had a season on stage but life has taken over for her unfortunately (babies) lol..... yeah its everything to me bro its in my DNA.

He is still in the natty ranks bro.. well if we call peptides natty that is lol...... hes doing great and looks good i hate to think what will happen when the first stack does a magic act with him lol... he insists no gear until he hits 30... he will be 28 this november so plenty of time yet, hes up around 230 now off season... he had big thighs as a kid but they are fkn massive now.... we use all the same principles with him on and off season but without AAS.... peps are working just fine with a still healthy natty test level so i agree with him and see no reasion to try to fix what aint broke yet....... sensible bro unlike his father at that age lol

AT that age i won my first major title and was lighter than that, but hes 2in taller than me so its relative i suppose.... density is what we are working on now with him, only time will bring that out, you remember that picture i had up showing the heavy thick ab pack?.. well he hasnt got that yet but again that takes time bro, sit-ups dont create that, heavy heavy core training and big time squatting creates that thick dense ab wall... again! all comes with time .... it will come bro with years.. that mature grainy look guys get after 12/15yrs in the gym and he is fully aware it takes time.
