+ 11 3 YEARS OF HARD WORK!
ad
I am 5ft 11in and in the pick from 3 years ago I weighed 185lbs. In the present time pic I weigh 228lbs. I know I'm not the leanest guy but I am also more of a power lifter than body builder. When I started cycling 3 years ago I had one goal in mind and that was to put on size with muscle mass even if it came with a little fat I just wanted to be a big guy. Today I get compliments on what a big dude I am and it makes me feel good to accomplish my goals. Hard work and eating like a horse pays off.

Your beast dude!! +2
Thanks buddy. I was straight power lifter there so was holding lots of water and way to high bf% but recently I have got some bf down and am transitioning over to more of the body builder look. It's crazy though looking back at how little I was before. Lol
Nice work bro keep it up and keep going and stay healthy keep eye on bloods..............

GiveBloodPlayHockeyI would like to see your current diet if possible ? Let's work together make changes and hold off on another cycle , just saying this with my best interest for your health
I already posted my diet at bottom of page the first time you asked about it yesterday plus your the same age as me bro so there is no need to be talking like almost 30 years old is too young to cycle.
GiveBloodPlayHockeyNo problem bud only trying to help . Personally I've ran 3 cycles I'm by no means an expert but I'll tell you my cycles hVe been only test only and I've made some great accomplishments . All i am saying is basic is best and from what I've researched if you plan on juicing for a while in your future slow and steady wins the race homie ... No disrespect just trying to show you outlook on certain things . I hope for the best man and keep up the hard work !!
You have definitely put on size, but honestly think how awesome you would look had you been more disciplined with your diet as well. Have you had bloods lately, in particular your lipid profile?
Thanks and it has been a while since I had bloods. I will get bloods soon though to make sure I am in good health
Great transformation!! +1
Thanks brother
Great size there buddy. Keep it up. Arms look big
Thanks man. Arms are 18 1/2 but I would really like to get them to 20 one day
You look solid bro, most of us won't be taking the stage anytime soon so its best not to put ourselves up against the BB look... I do have the utmost respect for the BB world though, I understand the true dedication it takes to get there... but I like cheeseburgers LOL
Thanks bud I love cheeseburgers too! Lol. Hell I have dreams about eating pizza on cheat days
Also have major respect for the bb look because damn that's hard never eating anything I like. I enjoy being big and powerful though.
Good progress
Thanks
Hard work for real its a job just putting down that food especially for powelifting or bodybuilding much respect
Thanks man and yep eating for powerlifting is a full time job. Sometimes it seems like eating is all I do. I've kept up with a lot of your post so the respect is mutual brother. Happy gains

GiveBloodPlayHockeyFirst off good work mate ...!How many cycles Have you ran in 3 years buddy ? Your 29 years old , I think you could have done this without juice but to eZch their own ... Do you have a diet ? Can we take a look at that?
Hey bud looks like we are the same age 29. Anyway I have 6 cycles under my belt. The cycle I'm on now isn't finished yet but when it is that makes 7 cycles. I try to do 2 cycles each year and I try to take about 3 months off between cycles. As far as diet goes I weigh my food out and prep for the week. Weekly--- 4Lbs chicken, 3 Lbs salmon, 3 Lbs of beef (93% lean 7% fat). Also daily I eat 8 egg whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal. I have whole grain rice with each one of my meat meals, and I eat peanut butter samwhiches for snacks between meals, and I have 1 cheat meal every weekend. I work out 5 days a week. Oh yeah I drink 3 protein weigh shakes daily. That's my diet but keep in mind I am more of a power lifter than bodybuilder. Also I was a naturally small guy my whole life and used to weigh 145Lbs and got to 186Lbs natural before I started cycling. Thanks for the complement bub. Ill keep making progress and next goal is to be 245Lbs
You are on the fast track to TRT at 29 years old.
