Flex looked ridiculous. Proportions, muscle bellies, and conditioning were all there. That guy is something else. Astounds me that someone can pack that much muscle on a small frame. Phil looked good to me. He was way better than last year. His abs were popping more and his conditioning looked very good.
You guys are going to love the new labels. Rolling out on everything made this weekend. Stuff already made and labeled wont get redone so may be a small overlap for a little bit

Nah. It's not that it's because we get a lot of promo requests but limit the number that run at once to be fair.
