Happy to report the website is operational. I think I have all the kinks worked out. I need to add some photos but the basics are rolling at this point. Please register and make accounts. There will be no guest checkout. Eventually I will roll private so you will want an account for when I close that off. don't forget to stretch guys. ignored by too many. I like Ben Pak's approach, only stretch under load before lifting. afterwards, stretch however you want, ok to relax the muscle and tendons at that point

use weight so there is some resistance during the stretch. bands are your friend here

Hmmm interesting I'm gonna try this, I do find that whenever I stretch I have a better workout but I also read you should stretch if you really want to grow bc it stretches your muscle fascia

Madnan is right. Everyones body is different snd the only way to know for sure is bloodwork. The most commonly practiced routine on a basic 500mg wk test cycle is 12.5mg ed.... personally i only run about 10mg eod, sometimes i even skip 2 days and go e3d. But i can get away with that because im not gyno sensitive and thats enough for me to keep my estro in check. But one guy below says he runs 20mg ED. Thats a very heavy dose, but for someone whos extremely vulnerable to gyno may very need that much... but the standard and recommended starting point is 12.5mg ED.. i suggest start there and adjust as nessasary.

Everybody's different, the only real way to tell how much you will need is by taking bloods. Then from there you'll be able to add or decrease your dosage if needed.

I am running 20mg ed while at 750mg sus a week. I am sensitive to estrogen though. So I would run around 15mg daily, but that's me. I would get blood work ran to make sure though.

During a mass phase ill have carbs intra workout most days too. Pre will be some quick carbs like jasmine rice with fruit. 93/7 turkey or beef. Maybe add a bagel and Pb depending if hungry enough

FTS i am cruise for 3 month now

250-500 mg test , 6iu godtropin, no ai , sitting at 94 kg at 1,74 meter , bf around 10% propably less i am always hard on my self :-)

All is good bloodwork come perfect , everything in range and estro at 54

Can i pm u for a blast i have in mind ? Would love your input
