+ 8 latest progress

ad

Hi people, just thought I'd share my latest progress pic with you. Been dieting since mid feb, dropped approx 2 stone through diet and cardio. Done a lot more cardio this year than normal and kept my cals a lot higher than in previous years (3000 to 4000 cals a day).
Many thanks to body anabolics, uk-anabolics and gymchemist for supplying me with some quality items.
Especially to BA who has been an amazing guy to deal with over the last couple of years, so thank you.

Looking sensational brother! Beautifully carved and polished physique! Barrel chest that is well contoured and striated! Abdominals, serratus and obliques are shining through brilliantly! Lat structure is thick and prominent! Exemplary work! +2 for a champion build! Much respect!

thanks mate, i'll be 43 next month but probably fitter than i've ever been. was worried about losing too much muscle with the amount of cardio i've been doing, but i'm pleased with what i've held on to. I ran my first half marathon last week and cycle approximately 200 miles a week, as well as my 45 mins a day weight session.
