Which peptide for anti-aging

ad

Hi,

First post here. I have been tying myself in knots reading about all the variations in dosing etc.
I am sort of getting my head around it now but wondered if I may tap into the knowledge thats on these forums.
Basically I am nearly 50, I used to be in a very stressful job, working up to 70 hours a week.
My skin has lost its elasticity, I have gone grey. Even my chest hair is grey!! And now my eyebrows are turning too.
I cycle every day but finding it very difficult to lose weight.
As a complete beginner, I would want to be injecting several different peptides several times a day.
So what would you recommend for an ageing old git like myself? I have read that some give you an insatiable hunger, so best steer clear of that one Smile

Any help is very welcome

Many thanks

Here's what I'm doing right now:

2IU HGH upon waking only, then100mcg sermorelin and 100mcg ghrp-6 in the afternoon and before bedtime. I sleep a lot better and recover more quickly from workouts and injuries. That and my skin looks and feels younger.

Great, thanks for the info and the link too. I will go through the link and get a good understanding of it Smile
What do people do with the used syringes? I guess a sharps box. But not sure of where to dispose etc.

I break the needles off by pressing and wiggling them inside the needle cover before I put it on. I use a 3 liter bottle and throw it in the dumpster with my trash.

Ah, ok. I did think about that but read about my local council asking us not to that in UK. I'll have a think. I just need to make up my mind what to start with first. Smile

HGH is your best bet, but if you're on TRT already, maybe look into incorporating sermorelin or the more potent mod-GRF.

I live in the UK.
Not sure if Ivan get HGH. But I can get peptides which I know stimulate gh.
As I understand it, HGH is far more expensive and more difficult to get?
I also worried about the risks to. But have heard that sermorelin is good. And something called epitalon but can't find suitable research on it.
Thanks

Plenty of sources on here for legit pharma (more expensive) and underground generics/lab branded HGH (less expensive). Not difficult to get at all. Sermorelin is good, but only lasts like 5 minutes. MOD-GRF keeps working for 30 minutes or so if I remember correctly so it's more potent than sermorelin. Couple that with a GHRP and you're in business.

Many thanks for the info. I thought Mod GRF was sermorelin, like CJC 1295 w/o Dac? I'll have a good trawl through this site Smile

I found this useful in taking some of the confusion away:
