How much test will protect muscle?
ad
Just a simple question as to how many mgs of test I should take to ward off catabolism. So here is the plan so far 225 mg of test weekly, 200 mg of eq weekly, 50 mcg t3, 80-120 mcg clen 2 week on/off for last two. .25 mg arimidex eod. I also have oral tren and don't know if I will need it. I've lost 50 lbs so far this year using only 225 mg of test but with the t3/clen I don't know how this will pan out. I have always been a powerlifter so bodyfat was never a concern. As of now I'm 5'10" 250 lbs with a bf% of 22. my calorie in will be about 22oo. basically I'm just looking for any critique on the above cycle. Any info would be great. btw I'm on trt so I'm not worried about any pct info.

Just need 250 mg weekly to stop catabolism
OK an update and some thanks go out to you guys. Here is what I did. Took the t3 for a week and it made me weak. Garbage. Everything else test 500mg eq 400 mg. 3 months of training and cardio. Lost 80lbs boom! Minimal strength loss just used my net diary app to remain calorific deficient. God bless you dick heads I feel like I a weight has been lifted off my chest. (an 80lb weight.) time to plan my bulk
Oh another thing too, pick something that you think is an achievable goal training wise and go after it. Especially cardio wise. For example 100 burpees in 5 min. Never met a man that could do that, that didnt like his body comp.
I agree with rusty, no meed for the T3. The only time i feel t3 is safe to run without the risk of eating muscle tissue is when running with higher dosed tren, even then it can be a gamble.
If you arr only going to use what you have, I personally would up the eq to at least 500 but prolly 600 then keep test where you have it. Then just focus on diet and training. Even with running that, dont get too crazy woth your cardio or deficit as you can still burn muscle.
If you really wanna add something that wont hurt, add in atleast 6 hours a week of fasted walking firat thing in the morning and 10 mins of hiit after each training session. I personally like the greyskull methods when it comes to these kinds of things.
RustyhookerI'd avoid t3 unless you're running bloods every other week. You're down 50 lbs so far? Your cycle of test and eq....not so good imo.
Eq is WAY too low and BOOM appetite. I'd get in there with anavar and your low test trial. Test for your 12 week cycle. Var the last 6 weeks. Toss thyroid in trash. Var 50mg split 25 am...25 pm.
Read the anabolic strength of var. That's what's up before folks whine! Muscle preservation during lower calories.
Makwa has food charts etc. Magnifying glass up top. Find him.
Btw Makwa... Now I have sooo much more to read. I must know all. Lol
What is the problem with t3. I've researched the shit out of it but have never taken it myself as I have never really worried about body fat. Eq doesn't really up my hunger much as most. My problem is that test and eq is all I have right now and no money lol. Will t3 tear me apart or is it something else? Thanks for the info Btw.
T3 is non-specific for the tissue it uses to burn for energy. Problem with T3 is it usually burns up just a much muscle as it does fat so in the end you will have burned up precious muscle which keeps your metabolism higher. Now with less muscle your metabolism is lower and you gain fat much easier and you end up looking "skinny-fat".
RustyhookerYou mess your thyroid up and you'll be permanently on it. Lethargic, can't burn fat etc etc. It tears off muscle/catabolic. There is no magic pills. Be safe
I believe this the reason a select few of meth addicts end up gaining weight after they stop...imo
