rxagentI have hit the long and medial head of the tricep with 3mls of oil multiple times and never ran into any issues. Same thing with delts. At the moment each spot is getting hit every 6-7 weeks as I'm using all long esters. Not sure what to think as the author of this is extremely knowledgeable.
just a general guide, probably the amount that is suitable before any deep im damage is cause ie: cooking of the tissue/ scar tissue, same with a lot of people i would assume, when i was younger and dumber and though more was better, i would slam 5 mls in each quad no worries, in fact ive slammed 3mls of test 600 into my delts multiple times back then, but it only takes that one time to fk up, i ended up putting some test 500 and tren 500 think a couple of mls of each plus a ml of prop and ended up in hospital for 11 days.
