Weightloss pills n Var
ad
I know Var is also used for weight loss. Is it okay to also take weight loss pills with Var for a little more boost? If so is there any suggestions for ladies thermo weight loss pills?

As long as the diet and training are good I don't see a problem with it but I would save them for when a plateau is reached in the dieting phase. Helps keeps progress on the right track and from becoming discoraged when a plateau is reached. Use them as "plateau busters". When starting out on a weightloss program the weight should come off rapidly, especially if overweight to begin with, so no need to start them right away. Save them for when the weightloss is starting to plateau and then introduce 1 at a time. Introduce the next one when another plateau occurs.
Thank you! Sounds like a great suggestion! I never would of thought of that!
X2 indeed...
Mr KfizzleThere we go! That sounds perfect. You are absolutely right, that will keep things moving forward very nicely!
Agreed...
Mr KfizzleI think y'all are just too damn conservative on here sometimes to be honest. I'm sorry but the placebo effect alone will drive someone to new levels that obviously doesn't have the drive alone to keep everything on point. You got to be fucking kidding me if you think a 20mg split of var is going to ruin someones life!?!?!?! Really we take that shit in the upwards of 100mg a day and barely see an increase in liver values. The added diet pill to keep the metabolism cruising along through the day is just icing on the cake. Nutrition and gear is what it takes for some people to get that drive they need to stay on track. Doubt me all you want but I have witnessed it with my own eyes. People that don't have something giving them the placebo effect FAIL more often than those that do have an edge. I'm not saying load someone up on grams of oil and handfulls of orals but damn loosen up a bit. Low dose of var and thermo together??? Ummmm yeah almost anyone that has ever ran a contest prep has ran these together and that a shit ton of people. Yes they can safely be ran together. Sorry rant over just my $0.02
That is why I asked for suggestions on diet pills cause every female I know talks about diet pills N strict diet plus gear so curious what diet pills are best(:
Are you looking at diet pills that cause appetite suppression or something more in the realm of fat burners?
Fat burners. I asked maybe a thermo kind for when working out to get that sweat on
So the Var dose is 20mg daily in divided doses? Ur right....that is not too high for a female, unless her BF% is greater than 20. I believe we asked for some stats of OPs friend. Since u knew the Var dose what is the OTC diet pill? Even those pills have been known to cause strokes being used alone. And, with oxandrolone causing lipoprotein changes, it could be safer using one drug at a time, getting the body used to it, then incorporate two compounds together.
Mr KfizzleI'm not sure of her stats. She is overweight and wanting to change her life. This will help get her started and feeling great while doing it. I know we preach and preach do everything natural to the body's full potential first but some people just don't have that much in them and need something more. I agree when it's someone wanting to jump on tren then to talk them out of it but I see no harm in this. The diet pills I'm recommending are adrenalize or hydroxycut hardcore elite. Both seem pretty safe although I do not have experience with the adrenalize just yet.
Gotcha...Just be safe brother...may want to ramp her dose when she is ready....start out low 2.5 eod then increase on a weekly basis...maybe doing 8-9 weeks tops with 9th week being PCT week. She needs to get on here and hit the ladies lounge.....she is missin out...lol..Start some HIIT for cardio prior to cycle and before weight loss pills...OTC might suck...so adipex may be a better choice...i would do HIIT and diet modification, first. Get some BW. Then, go into a diet pill regimen for a certain amount of time, while continuing some form of cardio and tweek macros in diet. From there, say three months later if results look good, start AAS regimen....
I personally feel that if taking var AND otc diet pills is being considered then maybe the nutrition/diet needs adjusted. I assume this persons bf is somewhat high? ...hence the question. Without having this persons stats it's hard to give an answer but adjusting the calorie intake/macros and proper training will get the bf lowered enough so running the var ALONE will b beneficial. Nutrition ..not gear..determines the gains so I see no need to even consider running the var let alone a combination of var and otc diet pills...just my .02....
Her diet is on point. Its actually a diet from Paige Hathaway from a weight loss challenge. Eating every 2.5-3hrs..all clean food ..no cheat meals. Gallon a water a day. Macros were so impressive I'm actually doing the diet myself. Just was suggested so seeing if weight loss pills be OK or avoid them.
I ran Var for three different cycles and have had great experience N accomplished my goals. I can't say any bad thing about Var but I get ur .02...
Good to see that the diet is on point and macros r split correctly!
Good advice bro....either need stats or OPs friend needs to be involved in the community....
Find out what kind of weight loss pills are in the plan. Tell the individual to get some BW, especially a lipid profile. Var and weight loss pills, depending on dosage and frequency, could precipitate some issues. Definitely gonna need to increase good fats with respect to HDL : LDL/VLDL ratio. Combination not good together.
By weight loss pills are you speaking of something like apidex? Or are you talking about albuterol or clen... Hydroxycut?
Eca stack? Green therms?
What's your goals and experience with both. Var is not for weight loss, if anything it's prescribed to sustain weight in people who are having issues with muscle.wasting etc.
This isn't for me for I am off cycle at the moment. A friend of mine will be working out 4-5xs a week strength training plus cardio but the goal is pretty much is add muscle but fat loss. And var does help with weight loss somewhat.
I'm talking about weight loss pills not clen..albuterol. just over the counter products..what kind? I'm not sure that's why I made a forum asking for any suggestions...
I know of someone who used apidex and changed their eating habits slightly and lost 30lbs without exercise. If her macros and her diet are on point like you said then she should say great results with just that. One thing is to have her get regular check ups by her dr, ekg etc when introducing Amy of these diet pill like substances.
As for the var as stated above it may be better suited to be used as a break through. The extra hardening and pump can push them through
