ad
Hello everyone! I am 25 and Ive been lifting for 7 years now, last 4 years I got serious. Right now I'm 6ft 190lbs and around 14% bf. Ive done a lot of research and I believe I am ready for a cycle. here it is:
test E 500mg- every week-10 weeks
anastrozole .25mg EOD 10weeks
1 week break period
clomid 50mg ED 3 weeks
nolva 40mg ED 3weeks
Contemplating If I should add Dbol for 6 weeks to jump start
I have a very good diet and supplement with whey, creatine, and a multi currently
Opinions and advice greatly appreciated!

Hey guys,
This is my first cycle ever.
I'm 36, 185, bf% 12. My friend turned me on to test e 250mg/ml. Im at my 3rd week today, I picked up some sust not going to run that till I get deeper in like 3 cycles or so. Also picked up some clomid, nolvadex, and viagra just incase. I eat a very healthy diet, lots of cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and kale, thats like my main foods, I also eat tons of almonds, peanut butter, tuna, etc. I also take growth factor 9 from gnc, I just wanted to know if my pct gear is going to be needed for only.running the e250? I am going to pick up some AI just incase I get any signs of gyno. I'm a green horn, my buddy deployed to Afgan so I cant get any advice from him for like 9 more months.
RustyhookerCreate a forum of your own please. Read the ai/pct forums and post a pct and cycle.
1 week after last injection is not long enough to begin PCT because the Test will still be shutting you down at that dosage, wait at least 14 days.
Also, I would extend the PCT to 4 weeks, and taper the dosage.
I doubt there is any point in adding Dbol, especially for a first cycle.
Also why are you pre-emptively taking Arimidex? Do you know you aromatize already, how much? What does your estrogen levels show? Have you got bloodwork done already?
All the research I've done says stick with Test E only for first cycle and see how your body reacts, also I'd ditch the creatine, unnecessary if you start a cycle just more water weight. But I agree with everyone else, get back to pre injury form 1st.
diet down to single digit BF% before you consider running any AAS. they will work better when you are leaner and you will get better results. what is your diet like currently? cus honestly if your diet is "very good" youd be lower than 14% where you fatter before and used your current diet to get down to 14%? if so keep dieting until your single digit bf then come back and propose a cycle
Thanks for the reply! I just recovered from a spinal fracture so I'm not as lean as usual and have lost a considerable amount of muscle. Before the accident I was 208lbs not sure of bf% but I was leaner. my diet is normally around 6 meals a day:
1:4 eggs, 1cup oats, mixed berries
2-4:lean chicken, turkey,or beef with brown rice
5:steak and rice
6:greek yogurt, apple, peanut butter
post workout shake: kale, olive oil, chia seed, mixed berries, banana, oats, whey, creatine, almond milk
Post workout shake: I don't put fiber, fructose, or fat in mine because I want to make sure I get blood glucose, insulin, and amino acids up as quickly as possible. Fat and fiber slow digestion. Fructose needs to go through the liver and is not the most insulin-releasing. I recently started using Vitargo, but I still believe dextrose (Pixy Sticks), maltodextrin, and white bread are fine alternatives.
Then 30 minutes later have the real food. It's just a tweak, though. What you do now is still very good.
Sorry for being off topic; I'm no expert on cycles. I do think you want to wait longer than one week before PCT because test E has a long half-life.
Good advice. +2. People often confuse fructose as a simple carb.
My post workout shake is whey / dextrose / maltose trim, then real food about 30 mins later.
Quantify "just recovered" for me. Are we talking about yesterday, a month, 3 months etc?
8 months I've been cleared by my PT to lift weights again
I know it's tempting, but get yourself back into the swing of things first before you jump on gear. Muscle memory is a great thing, but best to take it slow at first before the gear starts making you think you're stronger than you are etc. You've had a serious injury, take your time. You're also young, plenty of time ahead of you.
When you're back in the routine, simple basic test cycle will serve you well.
AnonI concur with this statement 100%
+2 solid advice
Good suggestion....
If you're recovering from injury the last thing you want to do is run AAS!
From disuse your body undergoes muscular dystrophy. This means that they get smaller and weaker from lack of use. What also occurs is the weakening of connective tissue, namely ligaments (and other tissue). The issue arises from when on AAS, your muscles grow(and get stronger) MUCH faster then the connective tissue. This sets you up for injury by making your muscles stronger then tissue, next thing you know you have a tear or major issue.
Rebuild your base before attempting any AAS cycle. With muscle memory it shouldn't take longer then 6 months (with a solid accompanying diet) for you to get back to 210.
Yep. Hold off on any cycling until you get back to your original base.
thanks for the advice but what do you think of the cycle itself once I'm back to normal? any thing you would change or add?
First cycle you need to stick with test e only. No other orals either. I would run it 12 wks. Shouldn't need to start your AI until 4-5 wks into cycle. Starting it off the bat will crash your estro, halting gains and making you feel like death. Not sure about PCT protocol since I am a TRT guy.
i agree. try to get back to your pre-injury physique and even improve upon it before you decide to run anything.
forgot to add I tried a cycle of the pro hormone Epistane for 6 weeks last year. got good strength and mass gains
