AnonOk
So he weighs 244
If the posts below suggest he is between 16-20% that would mean this man is carrying around 35 lbs of fat
I don't see it I think the guys below are mistaken but that's my opinion
AnonYou got some in mid section but the rest is lean
Safe to say you are around 12% maybe 13%
Were you overweight once? Anyway my guess would be the higher teens. No worries though, a good diet and some muscle preservation can possibly put you in Spartan status . +1
Yeah my body likes to be 275-285lbs. 28-32% BF.
I feel you brother. I used to be 305 52%, don't you give up ever and stay who you are and keep breaking personal goals especially in the cardio department. Amazing accomplishment. Watch out because eq increases uncontrollable hunger so counter that with cardio. You will be in gym for hours so keep breaking your records.
wheels look good bro
wow... you are looking great legend ..fat? wtf you need clear the sleep crusties from your eyes or something because you are definitely not fat ..
Lol thanks GRRL that makes me feel good.
I'm just giving credit where credit is due ;-)
You have made a ton of progress, just keep doing what you have been doing, slowly but surely you are heading in the right direction. Good job bro.
edit: I see the guys below gave you some great pointers to speed it up too. Go for it.
Thanks
AnonYou look good man, have a solid foundation, BF will come down with decent/clean diet, stay with it, BF% my guess 16-18%.
Good luck keep at it !
AnonWhere do u get that
AnonI have template which shows people's pictures against which you can compare for a given body fat %, its a guide. I would like to post it, but can't insert that picture.
AnonTry posting it as a self pic like this guy did
Or gear pic
I'm only asking cause he's actually pretty lean except the mid section..... His trainer used something or another to determine his bf and came up with 11.37 or something like that but I know those are not 100% accuracy
AnonOk I just posted it, interested in what you think.
AnonOk I will post it, take a look I am not saying I am 100% accurate but if you compare to 11% on this guide... I would be interested in your thoughts.
AnonYea I'm interested in seeing I have seen a guide posted on here before
But all I'm saying is... When you look at these pics do you see 35lbs to 38lbs of fat on him?..... He has some in mid section for sure but I just don't think it's that much
I could be wrong
AnonI agree there isn't say 36lbs of fat and interestingly his legs look good and tight, however I think BF is not a perfect science and as I understand it, the most accurate way of measuring fat in underwater.
I would alway put it in a range and it's only my opinion but I would say 14-18% is what I would see as a range, but much of it subjective some folks thought he was 20% BF, I didn't see that.
AnonI have heard that about water
RustyhookerAs thick as you base is built, you'll enjoy this cycle!

Check that link, I think it will help you drastically. It was a game changer for me
Nice read
Thanks that was a really nice read and some valuable info.
Yep aceto and good ole Dave palumbo. Aaron singerman. There crazy.
Nice link bro.
Thanks fellas
AnonThat's a great link fella, not come across that before, fair play to yah Bro.
Ur a beast
+1
AnonLooking back at your pics fella you've come a long way and should be very proud of what you've achieved.
I would go with guitarplayer1 around the 20% mark and the waistline/hips can be a trouble spot for most of us, don't wanna teach you how to suck eggs but cardio and a strict diets the key.
It sure worked for me and I was in a similar situation to you a couple of years ago, it's hard work for some of us but worth it in the end.
+1 fella and keep at it.
Good quad development +1
4682937465648393847 ? Is that number good ?? +3
AnonSmart ass lol
Seems a little high but I'm a work in progress.
Thanks P
Got some solid size on ya +2 for that. I'd say your sitting @ 18-20% with most of it in the waistline.
Damn 18-20% is very depressing. I have been busting my ass!
It's only temporary, for your weight every 2-3 lbs you lose is a % off.
Back in my 20's I had a trainer at the gym take my bf measurements with one of those calipers. He said your 20%, I wanted to choke the guy out!!! I was around your condition at the time. I then reassessed my goal.
You got some width to ya so when you lose the mid section your going to look pretty buffed. Good luck
Just put 10% in your stats like most do here. The formula is real bf% divided by 2.....
GP's 18% Is about right, but it's just a number. The mirror tells you the real story which is you're making progress. You're an odd one the way you hold hardly any fat on your legs. Quite unusual.
AnonThat made me chuckle.
i will keep fighting until I succeed.
