Period gone and hasn't returned from short Anavar cycle?

Hi there,
I have a girl friend of mine who had used some Anavar, fairly limited use really, 5mg per day for probabaly only a month or so. She said that her period stopped immediately but also that it hasn't returned since she stopped use. That was like 6 months ago now. The other weird thing is that she has one of those birth control bars in her arm but she has had those for a long time now and always had her period anyway with it.
Any female have information on this or similar experience? Will it ever come back?

PallMallMy girlfriend ran var at 10Mg a day for three weeks before deciding she didnt and her menstrual cycle took 5-6 months to get back to normal. :/
It will take as long as it takes to come back ... what are her stats .. did she drop below 10% bf? that will normally kill a period .... has she gotten any labs? pre cycle or post cycle?
Never any labs. Its her only time ever using anything. Her bodyfat was not that low. Closer to 20% than 10%. She was basically just testing it out and didn't see any negative effects other than her period not coming back.
Is it very normal for this to happen to a women? I'm well versed on male issues but I'm pretty lost on this stuff.
it is "normal" for cycle abnormalities ... some women will be on their entire cycle .. some women wont have one for months.. considering the low dose and the length of time she should get some labs at the very least.
