Yes guys, I don't think I realized what happend, went in light heavy this time and delolished both novice and open mens, 1 in my class and over all in nov Ice and 1st in open and best in show, wow don't think I've ever received so much compliments, think I'm gonna be doing the usa in july, damn wasn't expecting all this I'm under shock right now brothers, just got home crazy tired, we went out to my favorite italian resturant I hate like a sumo wrestler!! Gonna post a couple of quick picd, in a week I'll have the pro photos, ho and the sword is crazy cool, it looks real it's like 20 pounds, damn!!!! The Contra is easily the biggest show in Northern Cali. Every year quality competitors show up, usually a few do it as a warm up for the USA's. This is a big deal. Italian you said the last week you were just doing tilapia and egg white before hitting the carbs Friday. Can you tell us what your cardio looked liked leading up to the show? How long did you diet, what did you eat during your prep. How do you train? Not that it matters but what'd you end up weighing? 177/178? If you don't want to share this publicly then I'm going to be bugging you these next couple weeks...good work brother nice job representing my ninja
